The place was nice, easy to find and get into, we were greeted by Rob, one of the hosts and he was very nice and helpful. I waffled for a while over rating this a 3 or 4 for value, but 5 for everything else. I say 3.5 for value because it seemed much smaller than pictured. Not much space to move around the bed. Any standard hotel room is much bigger than this. The bathroom was very nice though, and they had cream and sugar for us coffee lovers.

A perfect little New England home. A charming place with the right amount of original detail and modern updates. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be back whenever we visit Norwell. Make sure to ask about the gift shop!

great place! Have stayed now for a second time. Very great location. Very spacious and private as well. Really good location with Whole foods one block away. Easy to navigate with no vehicle. Walk or Uber just minutes away every time. Highly recommend this place. Great value!

We absolutely loved our stay in Brookline! Grace was an amazing host, and her historic home was the perfect base for our Boston adventure. The location was fantastic, situated in a beautiful, safe neighborhood within walking distance to a variety of delicious restaurants and the public transit.

Marie's organization actually books this home for Grace, the host. Grace runs an "old fashioned" bnb, with a friendly greeting as you arrive and a light breakfast featuring fresh breakfast breads and her homemade granola. We loved staying with Grace! We had plenty of privacy, a comfortable and quiet room, a private parking spot and key to come and go as we pleased. Her home is clean and safe. Grace is not intrusive at all, but she was gracious and helpful with any advice we needed during our stay. We picked exactly the right place for a perfect vacation.

We were delighted to stay at the airbnb and had a wonderful time! We definitely plan to revisit and look forward to our next trip to Boston. The stay with our hosts made the whole experience very special.

I really enjoyed my stay with Kate. She was warm, welcoming, and reliable. She is genuinely interested in people and our conversations were wide ranging, from gardening to art to history. I can't wait to return. Kate will always be my first choice of host in the Boston area.

Our stay at Aah-qua was fabulous. The house is impeccably clean and comfortable. Trisha and Greg are a wonderful team. Stay here if you get the chance! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious. If you are tired of the same old routine with hotels try this place. It was definitely a home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I’ll give 5 ⭐️ because I can’t give more. Exceptional host, hospitality 10/10. Christine was so generous, with her attentions since the first moment, she met and excelled all our expectations. The location was super convenient, literally 5 minutes away from the train and 30 minutes away from Boston. No issue at all and the house was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Looking forward to come back.

The most exceptional Air B&B we’ve ever stayed! The sailboat was docked in a beautifully, well kept marina. The few people we saw on their boats were quiet and very polite. The boat itself is well maintained and beautifully kept. We were in the heart of the historic district with sights to see and many restaurants within a short walk. And yet…as we sat on the deck with charcuterie and wine it was quiet and peaceful, exceptional! We will be back!

Staying with Myra was the original and wonderful AirBnB experience. We received a wonderful warm welcome, excellent recommendations for a late dinner in Newton, great ideas for running routes and such a lovely breakfast in Myra‘s kitchen with pancakes on day one and a lovely granola / yoghurt mix on day 2. Myra is the best host you can imagine and we had lovely talks with her about traveling the world, local universities, political challenges and much more. We truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. A full 10 out of 10!

A beautiful craftsman style house near the center of Newton and a short drive to anywhere in the Boston area.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay in a quiet location, close to restaurants and other needed services. When I come back to this area I would like to stay here again. It is a clean, comfortable, welcoming home. Also, even though I did not use it this time, convenient quick rail transportation into downtown Boston is located a 5 minute or less walk from the b an b.

Jodi is a great host and outstanding human being. She is generous, friendly and welcoming. The house is nicely decorated with an artistic touch. I would love to come back, I felt like visiting a good friend. Totally recommend!

I only needed the space for one night and wasn't able to see what was around. But Sheila's place is just as advertised! I wish I needed the space for longer, it is quite a nice spot! The room was spacious, very clean and contemporary. It is the perfect spot to stay just outside of Boston. I would love to stay here again!
