We were in town for our daughter’s performance at ISU. The location was close to the university and the home was clean and comfortable. We are already booked for another trip this fall!

As frequent travelers, we have encountered more than our fair share of subpar rental quality. However, this experience was entirely different. The owners’ care for providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the property. We eagerly anticipate future visits and highly recommend this rental to others seeking a memorable stay.

Our second time staying at this house. We love it! There were even updates since we stayed last year. Perfect for a large group.

This Airbnb is a dream. From the beautiful property to the beautiful home, we loved every minute of our time. Everything was very clean, organized and easy to find. They even went above and beyond to return items that we had forgotten in the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private retreat or good quality family time.

House is beautifully decorated! I came over the holidays and there was already a tree up and decorated along with several other holiday touches! This house is conveniently located to many amenities and shopping. I used to live in Bloomington and it was in the middle of everything you need! If you do plan on staying more than a weekend or long weekend, I would plan on purchasing your own cleaning supplies as the house did not include any. We stayed for 10 days and needed to purchase what we needed to keep things clean, along with garbage bags, paper towels and additional toilet paper. Cleaning supplies are a must-have, especially over the holidays. When I walked in, there were mud footprints all over the hallway carpet and I immediately sent Angela a picture to let her know and she was extremely responsive. The extra firm mattresses would be a bonus to someone who desires them. I would 10/10 recommend staying here.

My families stay at the Alice was wonderful. This was our first time as a family staying in an Air BNB. It was so nice to be together morning, noon and night not having to huddle in one persons room or the hotel lobby. The wonderful A frame window was a delight to view the fauna and flora in all its glory. It was spectacular not to have a glimpse of another person intruding on our time. Having a back gatet o walk to shopping made it even more convenient! One special touch is the guide book with the rules, amenities and quirks of the house. If that was not there you would not have been prepared for some of the unique things of the house. If I need a place in town again, I would choose this place!

Great place to stay in the heart of Bloomington. The master bedroom faces a main road, so there is some noise, but we used a sound machine and did okay. We used the home with our three adult children and it was plenty of space.

The house is comfortable clean and centrally located older home but simply furnished and provided for our family’s needs

Place was even better than described. Felt like coming home. Brianna made sure that everything was taken care of. Best we’ve ever dealt with. Can’t wait to come back

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at one of Greg’s properties in Bloomington/Normal and like the last one this didn’t disappoint. Greg and his family are super nice and responsive. The homes are so well kept and homey. We already have another stay booked with them and can’t wait!

My stay was good! This is great location for students who attend normal universities the property is only 7 mins from ISU and IL Westlyn, and about 15 mins from heartland. The Airbnb was well stocked and the host communicated very quickly to anything I needed and was very kind and attentive! The place is a large studio/junior one bedroom and has easy access to washer and dryer!

Very clean and well managed house. Provided very clear instructions and rules.

Kevin's place was very clean, comfortable and in a peaceful neighborhood. He was very responsive to all my communications. Would definitely stay there again!

Julie's place was a greay get away for our family. Everything was thought of from towels, linens, even beach towels for the hot tub. It was a great little getaway, as fairly priced as locel hotels with more space and amenities.

Cathy is a wonderful host! Anything I needed she was always there to help. The home is awesome and in a great area!

This is the 2nd time we have rented the whole house. This for us is an Easter getaway where we do not leave the house and just play games with our kids, watch movies, eat together and just spend good time. This house is perfect for all of that. The hot tub is great, though the time limits are hard to work around as it would be nice to start earlier than 10 as it was great for my sore back and not going after 10 sometimes ruined some of our relaxation but not a deal breaker. The media room in the basement is one of our favorite areas. We bring our own Wii and hook it up and it is great playing the games on the large tv. We also hook up a laptop or sign into one of our streaming accounts to watch movies. Air hockey was great. The bumper pool table needs work, it appears most of the bumpers are missing the nuts that attach them to the table so they did not work well. it was also way out of level. So we kind of fixed that. Kitchen is nice and the bedrooms are great.

Kim's home was exactly what we were looking for! My daughter wanted a space for her 17th birthday party to host friends. They enjoyed the games, records, pinball, and the hot tub. The kitchen and dining room were spacious and open allowing us all to enjoy dinner and cake :) It was a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. The house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. The dining room table was perfect for playing games. We didn’t have any issues or concerns. Thank you!

Very nice home and great location! Clean and comfortable- we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone interested in renting in the future
