De centrale patio, in aardse kleuren, met zwembad (verwarmd) is de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na het winkelen in de souks of het verkennen van de nabijgelegen oude monumenten. Het zonnige dakterras is perfect om te zonnebaden of om de warme Marrakech-avonden door te brengen. La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín.
