Only minutes from Town Center and local malls. Your private area is the 1st level with your own private entrance, but no kitchen. There is small microwave and a coffee machine in the unit , & a small fridge on the screened-in-porch.

The house is equipped with linens, beach chairs, surfboards, bikes and other beach toys located in the 2-car garage. The fenced in back patio has a charcoal grill, beach lounge chairs, a covered porch and an outdoor shower.

There are several restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. There are many parking options at the oceanfront or you can walk or pedal your way there on the 2 provided bicycles. All necessities stocked as well as many extras. 65 inch TV with Cox Cable Tv in the living room for relaxing after the beach.
