My wife and I traveled here for a few nights away. Daniel was very responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions. Everything inside was super clean and spotless. It looks exactly how the photos portray it. The backyard was private and peaceful and you have a full pool and jacuzzi to yourself. It is only about 10 minutes to downtown Fort Myers and about 20 minutes away from the beach so you get the best of both worlds! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back as soon as possible! I’ve been using Airbnb for years and this might be the best place I’ve stayed at!

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Modern und alles vorhanden. Keine abgewohnten Möbel, ein wirklich toller und warmer Pool! Kann man wärmstens empfehlen. Alles an Ausstattung hat funktioniert! Super für Familien oder Gruppen.

I travel a lot and always stay in an Airbnb and I can honestly say that Michael’s house was one of the nicest and most peaceful homes I’ve stayed in. Apart from that he was so kind and welcoming and attentive. Recommend this place to anyone!! Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!!!

This was exactly what we needed for our getaway! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and so relaxing! We loved being able to swim whenever we wanted, and Jesse made it so convenient with the app to heat the pool / spa. He had everything imaginable for our beach day (and this was for a beach day with an infant, including a beach wagon to haul all of our things) - we were surprised and really thankful for this! The house itself was spacious, and checked the boxes of things that we needed. It was close to grocery stores and a couple of good restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible as well. Jesse was very communicative. Jesse checked in on our stay, ensured that we had recommendations (if we wanted them), and even let us know when a pool tech was coming out as well. We would definitely rent here again!

Loved the hot tub and pool area. Kitchen was spacious. Questions were handled promptly. Two great restaurants in walking distance.

Zu erst möchten wir uns für eine wirklich tolle Woche, in einem wunderschönen Haus bedanken! Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter. Dafür hat das Haus uns die Woche absolut gerettet. Aufgrund der Bewertungen bezüglichen der harten Matratzen, haben wir das Haus erst gemietet. Und was sollen wir sagen?! Wir haben lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Wir fliegen nach einer Woche absolut entspannt und mit einem tränenden Auge wieder nachhause. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Ganz Liebe Grüße und ein großes Dank an Fr Grosso für die wirklich sehr nette Betreuung.

This house was everything that we could have asked for. Unfortunately, we came when the weather was in the 50s but the heated pool and spa definitely made our time worth it. I was continuously impressed with the things this house offered. As a mom of 3, I’m already overwhelmed with the things I need to pack for my family. This house had it all. It included: beach toys, pool noodles, mini paddle boards, a pack and play (I believe, I didn’t look too closely), a beach bag, bikes, a high chair, umbrella, etc., everything you need to stay here! In addition to the wide variety of items, the hosts were very responsive. The only thing I did not enjoy was the firmness of the king bed but I also know that’s something you can’t win with everyone. I also would have appreciated a carbon monoxide detector but we ended up bringing our own. I would still choose to stay here aside from that :) My kids loved the “pool house.” We hope to be back again!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Haus von Alex. Wir haben sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich große Klasse, es ist sehr sauber, sehr geräumig, der Pool inkl. Whirlpool sind super. Alex war ein toller Gastgeber der sich sehr schnell auf Fragen zurück gemeldet hat. Ich empfehle zudem das tolle Gästebuch, welches Alex erstellt hat. Da gibt es alle hilfreichen Infos rund ums Haus. Herzlichen Dank Alex, wir kommen wieder!

We had a wonderful time at this home, our family enjoyed the pool and lanai, and the nice workout space was a bonus. House was very well appointed and very clean. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful experience at this home! The host was friendly and responsive. We arrived later in the night and they had a few lights left on for us to find the house. The house was spacious and had board games and pool toys for kids.

The house itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. We had an incredible time staying at this lovely property. The pool and jacuzzi are wonderful and there is privacy bushes and other beautiful trees in the back. This home had everything we needed and more. It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, clean, and so much to do. Christina is extremely fast responding no matter what time. We would definitely stay here again!!! Large rooms and a lot of space!!

Cape Coral was a bit further from beaches than desirable, but the house more than made up for that to enjoy our warm/sunny stay in Florida. Pros: Outside area (pool/hot tub, large table, games for kids) with a huge sliding door to the living room/kitchen were perfect for 6 adults + 4 kids. Felt very comfortable with the cost. Andrew & Michelle were responsive with every question we had. Cons: lack/lower quantity of some common items: paper towels, toilet paperb, Kleenex, air hockey didn’t work (we replaced), pizza cutter, beach towels, etc. Would highly recommend for a large family focused on quality pool time, a very nice home and responsive hosts.

Wir durften zwei Wochen in der Villa Egretta verbringen und sind absolut begeistert. Wir verbringen schon seit vielen Jahren unsere Familienurlaube in Florida und haben schon etliche schöne Ferienvillen in Cape Coral, Naples, Bradenton erleben können. Pete‘s Villa hat uns so überzeugt, dass wir sie in unserem Ranking auf Platz 1 setzen. 😊 Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass Pete ein toller Gastgeber ist, bei dem man sich einfach nur super aufgehoben fühlt. Ansonsten guckt euch doch die Bilder vom Haus an…es ist genau so und noch viel schöner, wenn man dann vor Ort ist.

Alles Tipitopi. Nur der Whirlpool zickte ein bisschen rum. Wird aber repariert.

We had a wonderful time at Todd’s place. We fished, swam in the pool and had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Was a kid friendly home!
