Vakantiewoningen aan het water in Noord-Holland

This is a terrific location in a nice area of the city center, right along a pretty canal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The central train station is a 10 minute walk. The apartment has a relatively large living space with a bedroom area and convertible sofa. There was plenty of dishware and utensils for dining at “home”. There was also a washing machine but no dryer, so we did not use the washer but it was available with clothes pins etc. for hang drying. The bathroom had a clean shower with nice hot water and plenty of supplies like soap, shampoo and conditioner. Douwe was extremely responsive to our needs. We arrived early but he generously allowed us to check in while he finished cleaning the bathroom. He made us feel that he’d be available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Amsterdam.

This was a beautiful place. It was much better than I imagined. It is the first Ike staying at a boat house and I don’t think we could have got a better experience. Both Rob and Karin were very responsive and took care of our needs immediately. The bedroom above is very spacious. Only thing to note is that the bathroom is only downstairs. It worked out fine for us. I highly recommend this place for a stay for max 3 people.

The House is beatiful, there is everything you need! The location is perfect to reach Keukenhof and The tulips camps. Peet was so kind, she prepare a crib and some toys for our baby! Very recommended accomodation!

The apartment was very clean and had all that we needed. Came as advertised. Host was very clear with communication and responded promptly. Great place to stay!!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist mega zentral, optimal für einen Städtetip in Alkmaar und den Besuch des Käsemarkts. Die Käseboote fahren direkt vor dem Fenster vorbei. Die Aussicht auf die Gracht & das Wahrzeichen von Alkmaar usw. ist total schön. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Johnson ist ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher Gastgeber und reagiert schnell auf Fragen. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter ( zumindest wenn du zu Fuß fit bist, da die Treppe zur Wohnung sehr steil ist)....gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Alkmaar.

Super mooie accommodatie. Zeker de moeite! Niet zo ver van Amsterdam en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer!

It was an incredible stay, dead center between Amsterdam Centraal and Amsterdam Zuid stations. 5ish minute walk from Tram and Metro, beautiful canal views, and the restaurant Red next door is incredibly good. Can’t recommend it enough.

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in Jakoliens Lodge. Eine traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Bei Interesse an Wassersportaktivitäten ist Jakolien sehr behilflich. Der Kontakt zu ihr war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Mädelsurlaub in dem Haus. Die Nähe zu Amsterdam war uns wichtig und im Nachhinein hätten wir gerne noch viel mehr Zeit am Haus verbracht. Es war wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und der Garten ist im Sommer ein Traum!

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen in Anitas schönem Häuschen. Alles war sehr sauber und Anita hat uns freundlich empfangen. Die Lage war perfekt um ein paar schöne und ruhige Tage in Akmaar zu verbringen. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt um sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Dankeschön!

This house was a gem of a find! We loved staying right on the water (and despite the cold, our son loved swimming), having access to the boat (which we took to dinner one night!), and just the peace and relaxation of watching the water and boats go by. You feel like you’re in the middle of no where, and yet we were a very short drive to all that we wanted to do - Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans, Amsterdam, and even the coast! We walked to get coffee in the mornings and enjoyed the walk and the town. We also love that it’s dog friendly! We changed our minds last minute and didn’t take our dog along, but we were wishing we had. He would’ve loved the canal and boat!

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos vorzufinden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Für einen Tripp mit Freunden und oder Familie sehr zu empfehlen. Mit den Bus ist man relativ schnell in Amsterdam. Auch die Örtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben uns sehr zu gesagt. Gerne bald wieder!!!

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Wasser, das Boot fahren macht sehr viel Spaß. Es war traumhaft und wir hatten zu fünft eine tolle Zeit 🥰

Casa spaziosa, pulita e ben equipaggiata. Si trova in un paesino tranquillo e molto suggestivo (la piccola Gieethorn). Micaela molto gentile e accogliente durante il check-in. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in serenità e comfort e abbiamo visitato in auto vari siti dell'Olanda (Amsterdam, Keukenhof, Leiden, Haarlem, Volendam e Marken, Zaanse Schan, Gieethorn) sapendo di tornare la sera in una casetta perfetta per riposarsi. Consigliatissimo.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, hat sehr viel Charme und ist total gemütlich. Frank ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat für alles gesorgt. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, weil wir sehr früh angereist sind. Rund um das Haus ist nette Gastronomie zu finden. Wir können den Bäcker Oskar am Hafen empfehlen.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten Unterkunft. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und für gute Restaurants muss man nicht weit laufen. Die Wohnung ist stielvoll eingerichtet und man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen.

We visit Vinkeveen with 4 girls and had a really nice time :) The apartment is pretty and clean and especially the balcony was great. I guess it's a perfect choice if you want to visit amsterdam but also want to have some relaxed time and enjoy the country side or the lake, wich is directly next to the airbnb. We would come back, thanks for the stay!

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist ideal. Man ist in 5 Minuten Fußweg in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit Majsa war top. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Etwas zum Knuspern. Es war rundum schön. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen lieben Dank!

We had a great stay at Joze’s Amsterdam apartment!! Great communication with the owners, a lovely natural light apartment with balcony and easy transportation options ( 2 tram lines within a 6 minute walk). Joze makes it very clear about the steep canal house stairs. The two flights are steep but there are lights and railings which I appreciated as I’m in my 70’s. We loved our stay in this peaceful neighborhood.

Where to begin? The location is devine, it is on the fourth canal so it’s still touristy but feels like a more local experience. It is right across from this gorgeous church and the bells sound lovely. I actually feel like this Airbnb is underrated. Could I give it 6 stars? The pictures of the Airbnb don’t have a good photo of the back courtyard, but it had lovely birds chirping and parrots as well as purple, orange, and red flowers. One night my mom and I had a dinner out there and it was splendid. The location is also almost right across from the Anne Frank Hous and I can’t believe the reviews don’t reflect that because it was so convenient getting to. I’m also an avid runner and the area, although full of pedestrians and bikers, was the perfect runners paradise. There was so much to see and it made me feel like I got to know the city more intimately. The host was also so nice when we first arrived and told us about all the amazing things Amsterdam has to offer!

Wir sind unglaublich dankbar, diese tolle Unterkunft gefunden zu haben! Die Wohnung war mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet - durch die frischen Tulpen und Osterglocken haben wir uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Whirlpool ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight! Und Remy war der perfekte Gastgeber: er hat uns direkt hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben - welche Orte lohnenswert sind, wo der perfekte Strand zu finden ist, welche Restaurants das beste Essen haben, ... und wo man kostenfrei parken kann, um nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Die Lage ist schön ruhig aber ideal, um den ganzen Tag tolle Ausflüge zu machen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und haben die Unterkunft auch schon direkt an Freunde empfohlen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Yvonnes Unterkunft! Alles war super schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Yvonne selbst ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Parkplatz direkt am Haus war auch sehr praktisch. Insgesamt eine perfekte Unterkunft – wir können sie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
