Vakantiewoningen met open haard in North Ostrobothnia

Timo, Marita and Niklas' accommodation is perfect down to the last detail. We felt at home from the very first second! It's cosy, clean and has everything you need for everyday life. When the Wi-Fi failed, it was fixed immediately. The communication with Timo is very friendly, clear and he answers all questions. We explored Hailuoto, went to Oulu and the surrounding area and it was a wonderful holiday all round. We also watched the Northern Lights from the house and the surrounding fields.

Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ilkka hat uns persönlich begrüßt. Das Haus liegt nahe der Straße und ist auch im Winter gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Sauna ist prima, die Betten bequem und das Sofa neu. Gewürze und Kaffee waren vorhanden. Ilkka hat uns Langlaufski und Schneeschuhe günstig organisiert und eine Loipe für uns gespurt, die hinter dem Haus losging. Polarlichter haben wir auch 2x gesehen. Alles war super unkompliziert. Gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rovaniemi chez Mari. Nous avons apprécié le confort et le côté cosy du logement et tout particulièrement le sauna qui a été le bienvenu le soir après une journée passée au froid Tout a été parfait, je recommande ce logement.

We recently stayed in Minnas house and it was just perfect. The house is beautiful inside and is very cozy and homely. It has fantastic views out the back looking over the frozen lake and there is a little hill down to the lake which the kids used for sledding (Minna had lots of sleighs left outside for the kids to use which was very kind). The location is great as its in a little quite neighborhood in nature but also only a short drive to shops and the centre. Minna is a great host and is very reachable and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us.

This place is perfect. Has everything you need, jacuzzi, sauna, fully stocked kitchen and perfect location for seeing the northern lights. There is a grocery store within walking distance as well. Hosts were incredible. You will have scored if you stay here.

We ( 2 families) had an amazing stay at Johanna’s ! The house is large enough well furnished and the kitchen fully equipped. Everything as described in the listing. The location is super nice and we were able to see the northern lights from the house itself !! Johanna was quick to respond to our concerns and she takes care of providing extra heating during the very cold days! If you have a car with you.. then it’s impossible to go wrong with this stay. Thanks Johanna for hosting us .. we really enjoyed the stay !

An amazing stay and an amazing host. Thank you so much Seppo for your hospitality and for taking my husband ice swimming - something he will always remember 😊. The accommodation is lovely and spacious, very well stocked and we all loved the sauna too. Lucky enough to see the Northern Lights on 2 of our 4 nights (from the garden, too!). Thanks again 🙂

Me and my partner really loved the stay at Martti´s place - the place was clean and cozy and very close to the Ruka Ski Center. The sauna heated up quickly, the view from the balcony and bedroom window was just amazing! Will definitely visit again and suggest this place to my friends!

“Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Maula” Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlichen Airbnb! Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben – modern, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns der atemberaubende Blick auf die finnische Landschaft und die Ruhe der Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gaben uns tolle Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und sorgten dafür, dass wir uns jederzeit wohl fühlten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Sauna, die ein echtes Highlight war – ideal, um sich nach einem aktiven Tag zu entspannen. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend. Wie hatten das Glück mehrmals die Polarlichter sehen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!

Amazing log cabin in the middle of the woods, but 7 minutes from ski resort. We loved everything! The location, the view, the peacefulness, the amenities and Petri wad the most responsive host ever. Would recommend to anyone.

Olin viisi yötä Rukalla ja tämä paikka oli juuri oikea siihen. Sijainti oli hyvä ajatellen erilaisia luontokohteita, joissa vierailla. Paikka oli rauhallinen niin sijainnin kuin naapureiden suhteen. Siistiin ja miellyttävään asuntoon oli kiva tulla, pitkän ajomatkan jälkeen. Suosittelen! :D

Ihana rauhallinen sijainti, mutta silti lyhyt matka rinteille. Mökki oli siisti ja siellä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Majoittajat oli tosi mukavia ja viestintä toimi moitteettomasti. Voin lämpimästi suositella!☺️

We thoroughly enjoyed coming ‘home’ after a day of activities to the house. The sauna warms you up immediately. Evenings are too short when watching your favourite show on the home cinema. The kitchen is super equipped. Everything is available. Great place for relaxing.

The pictures listed simply don’t do it justice. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning! No noise, no light pollution and no neighbours. You’ll enjoy great privacy here and the peaceful tranquility of nature, with everything you need to truly relax. The villa itself is top-notch – spotlessly clean, stylish, and well-organized. Nothing to complain at all. A definite highlight is the jacuzzi and classic wood-heated Finnish sauna on the dock overlooking the crystal-clear lake. Terhi greeted us in person and carefully introduced us to the amenities. She was nice and incredibly helpful. This was the best airbnb stay we have ever had. Would love to come back again.

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

Maison superbe, lumineuse chaleureuse, vue sur le lac gelé, au calme. nous avons pu voir des aurores boréales quasiment chaque soir depuis la maison, avons fait de la luge. super!

Talo oli todella siisti sekä kauniisti ja minimaallisesti sisustettu. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi asunnosta. Sängyt olivat erinomaisen hyvät nukkua. Hiljainen ja rauhallinen paikka. Lähellä ukk patikointireitti eikä Vuokatin rinteisiin ja laduille ollut kuin 4km matka. Ei mitään negatiivista sanottavaa.
