Available for weekly rentals from memorial day to labor day! Check in/check out for summer is Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 days. Great Location just two houses from the beach. Cathedral ceilings in Living level for a great open space. 3 decks with views of the beach (perfect for sunrise viewing and relaxing.) Walking distance from major restaurants in town (La Fontana, Azzura's, Mako's Etc). Quiet and family orientated part of the town. (Available for weekends in off season)

Near the Boardwalk/Beach 2nd/3rd Floor Apartment

In the historic district, off-street parking is important this close to the beach, park&walk everywhere. Window air, wifi, dish, awninged porches, private outside H&C showers, full kitchen. As they say, location, location. Note, the photo shows the entire building, this 2nd/3rd floor only, I am on the 1st floor (except July and August) and will assist you in any way I can to make sure your stay is memorable in every way, please check my reviews. Bayfront location! Just 20 steps to the beach! My place is close to restaurants and dining, amazing views, the city center, art and culture, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the beachfront access, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). Steps to the beach, mall, restaurants. Steps to it all. Please also note: this is a second floor unit above two VERY BUSY businesses. Last note:once you park your car, you will have a designated parking spot about 3 blocks away (or you can choose to pay the meter and keep it closer). When we lived here, we parked our cars blocks away. You are on the two most popular streets in town…Jackson and Beach. We lived here for years. It truly is the best location in town.
