Cape Charles cottage, family friendly, in town

Welcome to Cape Charles Cottage in the historic district! We are 6 blocks to the beach and 4 blocks to Mason ave (shops, restaurants). The town is very walkable or golf cartable…you can rent ours! We can host up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and a bonus room with a daybed w trundle that pulls to side by side twins. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the others share a hall bath with a tub/shower. Kitchen is fully equipped, fenced yard, outdoor shower,fire pit, grill & shed with beach gear.

Harbor View- (Sun - Sun rental June- Aug.)

Harbor View is an early 1900's brick duplex with high ceilings, transom windows, and crown molding. Best of all, this home is located in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the beach and two blocks from Mason Ave. where you can find unique shops, restaurants and other amenities. It's an easy walk to the pier for a magnificent sunset, or to Brown Dog's for homemade ice cream. We invite you to enjoy our comfortable home, and explore the quiet ambience of a historic beach town vacation!

Central Park is also nearby, offering a great spot for a family picnic while the kids enjoy the playground. This beautifully renovated home in the country is perfectly located next to a 1250 acre historic farm and coastal reserve called the Brownsville Preserve maintained by The Nature Conservancy and only 10 min from beautiful, pristine Cape Charles Beach. Country living close to our historic downtown Cape Charles and less than an hour to Chincoteague Va! Visit both during easy day trips, this home is perfectly located to explore the Shore. Great spot for resetting and getting back to nature.

Seaville. Cozy 3bed/3bath home. Stunning backyard

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Fully stocked large spacious kitchen/dining that will make family gatherings a breeze. Big living area with plenty of seating, large screen TV and dozens of games. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Large front porch and a backyard described as an “oasis” by past guests. Outdoor “she shed” fun room with 65” TV, split HVAC system. Storage side has bikes, cornhole, beach chairs and much more beach stuff.
