Parkside offers the perfect getaway for families and/or friends! Conveniently located next to Central Park, 2 blocks from the beach and the main street (Mason Ave). In peak summer we have full weeks available (Sun-Sun) or partial (Sun-Thurs). We open corresponding weekends once the Sun-Thurs books. Check our calendar or social media for weekend openings! We recommend a max of 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 (possibly 4) children, depending on their ages. Our family of 5 stays comfortably!

Cozy Mermaid Hideaway

This lovely downstairs apartment is located in the village of Cheriton. We have a nice park, an antique store and galleries that are open on occasion 🤣. Although we are not a golf cart community, we do have a park and quite streets for walking. The resort town of Cape Charles with it’s beach, restaurants and shops is about four miles to the west and Oyster Seaside boat landing is just to the west. To the south is the beautiful Kiptopeake State Park.

Eastern Shore Secluded Getaway

Have fun with the whole family at this cabin inspired fully furnished apartment. Located 20 minutes from Cape Charles our dwelling sits on 175 acres of property. The Sunset views are one of a kind and the location is very remote. There is one bedroom, a bunkbed, and also pullout couch for sleeping spaces.  The kitchen has all the amenities of home and there’s also a full dining room area.  We do provide linens and towels.
