Nice place to sleep! The large windows have a lovely view. We didn’t need to cook (note there’s not a kitchen), but it was nice to have a mini fridge. The beds were comfy.

Very comfortable for a short stay with two coworkers for a conference! Melissa was super nice and the apartment was clean and functional. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment has a third room off the kitchen and living room- a little office space where you can set up an air mattress or cot (both options provided). You have to walk through that room to get to the bathroom but I slept fine there nonetheless.

This was the second time we stayed with Robb and Julia as is the perfect stop on a long trip to visit family. They are very welcoming. We very much enjoy sharing conversation with them over a meal. Will visit again!

Brenda was very responsive and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The studio was spacious and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m back in NH.

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night and it was perfect! The bed was super comfortable and cozy. Lots of space and it was decorated very nicely. Robyn supplied us with extra toiletries and towels which was greatly appreciated and I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This place is a dream and Carol was such a kind and thoughtful host. We came here to celebrate my partner's birthday and it was everything we hoped it would be and more. The view the first morning of the surrounding hills in peak foliage was amazing to wake up to. And the big tub was so luxurious for taking baths. And it's a very close drive to Northampton and the surrounding areas. Our only regret was that we couldn't have stayed here longer. Will definitely save to come back and visit!

Jennifer’s place was as described. She was very responsive and helpful. The space was comfortable and she gave easy access to the hot tub. The location was walking distance to downtown which was great. The only downside was that it could be a little loud, not great soundproofing from the rest of the house, and while the street was pretty quiet, there is no front yard so the head of the bed is basically feet from the sidewalk. I only mention it because the noise could be an issue if you’re sensitive to that.

Cary’s studio is at the end of a tree-lined, quiet neighborhood street. With windows on each wall, the studio is bright & airy. Even on the dreariest early, spring days, there is ample natural light in the studio. I also enjoyed the deck, taking in the view, on sunnier days. There is easy access, walking or driving, to walking trails, Smith College, and NoHo Main Street shops & restaurants. One of the walking trails is accessible thru the Veterans Memorial Field. The living space is comfortable for relaxing and I really enjoyed the phonograph collection and jigsaw puzzle. I appreciated the work space & high speed internet, as I was working remotely while visiting my college student. The kitchen is stocked with the necessary cookware & utensils to easily prepare meals. Most grocery stores are located in Hadley, but for a quick trip, the State Street Fruit Store is within walking distance & open late. The bathroom is super clean. I will definitely stay at Cary’s studio next time.

Thank you Roxanne for an amazing stay for our group’s mt snow weekend trip. The home was an easy drive to the mountain and there’s plenty of stores/restaurants on the way. Place is super cozy, the indoor fireplace is the best place to gather at night. Roxanne made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and also made us delicious treats throughout our stay (best coconut macarons ever!) She also made sure the snow plow came early in the morning to clear the driveway for us so we can be on our way.

We really enjoyed our stay. The stairs are challenging if you have physically limitations. Wonderful patio! We had a concern and they were very helpful and responded quickly. If, you go out on the deck, make sure the door is unlocked!! Or you will get locked out! But, your host will come to your rescue quickly!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

This place is a gem. Easy to get to, clean, cozy, and private. Although I wish the weather had been better during our stay (it rained buckets)- it forces us to just hang out and this was the perfect place to do so. Lucky us!

All we can say is wow. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the guest house is. The hot tub is very spacious. Sam and Kimberly were very attentive and were there for any concerns, yet gave us our privacy to the fullest. The house has everything you could need for a gateway. We loved our stay. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the golf course due to snow but we would love go back and use it in the summer, as well as enjoy the lake. Thank you to Sam and Kimberly for everything.

This home is beautiful and although it’s in the main house they have it to where you do not cross paths at all. It’s very private and peaceful. The only thing that was odd was the amount of lady bugs in the upstairs area.. lol. They are in a beautiful spot with a gorgeous view from the master. It accommodated my husband, myself, and our two kids very well. We very much enjoyed our stay.!

The place had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. They allowed us to bring our dog which we really appreciated. with no pet fee! The hosts are really nice & we had no issues at all. We loved our stay! Would recommend 💯

Joan's place was a perfect spot for my one-night stop over in the Northampton area. It is close to the bike path and the center of Florence and an easy drive to the center of Northampton, itself. The space is, if anything, a bit larger in real life, from how it looks in the photos and everything was quite comfortable. Joan makes you feel at home, complete with welcome goodies and fresh cold water in the fridge. As others have mentioned, noise carries quite clearly between the guest space and the main house (even with the interior doors firmly closed!). Earplugs helped.

Cute clean and convenient! Only thing is there is truly no sound barrier between the space and the home above, but other than that all was great!

This air b&b is a hidden gem. From the friendly and responsive hosts, to their gorgeous property, friendly animals and dogs, it was the perfect get away. We barely left the property as it was so relaxing and had a lot to do. Highly recommend this property to anyone, we will certainly be back!

Great Airbnb location right next to Mount Holyoke College, lots of nice restaurants and shops. Very pleasant experience!

We always stay at Azam’s when we are in South Hadley visiting family. Great location for us and his place has everything we need. We always feel welcome.

The room was like a nice little apartment. We felt right at home. Of course we also loved the house cat too! 🩷

From the very beginning, Joseph was responsive and attentive. The studio was clean, tidy and bright. I was impressed with how nicely appointed the kitchen was and I especially liked the sturdy and well made coffee mugs. There were even fresh apples and snacks!
