Loved the location and the shepherds hut was perfect! Great for a night or two in an idyllic setting with stunning views, great walk and the perfect perch pub within a few mins walk away. The log fire burner was a bonus providing a warm cosy atmosphere. I loved the sound of the birds singing as well.

Lo chalet di Thelma è immerso in un fantastico giardino fiorito, pulito e ordinato. All'interno la cura e l'attenzione in ogni stanza ad ogni singolo dettaglio fa la differenza. Thelma è stata molto gentile e attiva, pronta a rispondere ad ogni domanda. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e ci torneremo sicuramente. Altamente consigliato!

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

A beautiful retreat for 2 very peaceful nights away with my wife and our two Labradors. The retreat is very private and quiet but only a 5 minute drive from town and a 10 minute walk to the local pub. Our dogs made full use of the field as we made full use of the hot tub.

Such a magical weekend, thank you for having us! It was so peaceful and the animals were all so beautiful (even if the alpacas were a bit cheeky) The hottub made a fabulous finish to each evening under the stars. We will definitely be coming again!

Perfect for our short stay in Milton Keynes, hut was lovely and was nice to have some tea and biscuit provisions. Easy check in and a beautiful area to be set up at. Hut is right next to the farm house and store. Fortunately we had no noise from either. Overall very pleased, only slight issue was that the bathroom fan wasn't working (or we couldn't work out how to turn it on) so it got very humid in there, some signs of mould but could be related to the fan so I'm sure will get fixed soon.

I had such a lovely stay at Madison’s Barn — Judith and Richard were friendly, kind and responsive hosts. The place is very remote and I didn’t have access to a car so Judith gave me a lift from Grantham station, which was so nice of her and a total life saver! The location, which is in a small village, is quiet, peaceful, with several lovely countryside walks nearby. The place itself is spacious and cosy, and it was lovely setting up the fire and getting it going every night. Bear in mind the TV isn’t a smart TV so bring some DVDs if you’d like to make use of it! Overall this trip was exactly what I needed and I’m so glad I went. Can thoroughly recommend!

Overall, accommodation was great and everything went well. Things that I would like to point out. List of amenities these things are not correct. 1. Carbon monoxide alarm for the fireplace. The bedroom is not operational which is a hazard. 2. Coffee machine was not there. We asked and we were kindly given a jar instant coffee. 3. Outdoor to dining area doesn't exist. there is ourdoor furniture but not a dining area. 4. Outdoor kitchen doesn't exist either. They are correct, there is a BBQ as mentioned on the amenities , but that is not a outdoor kitchen. 5. I understand there is no Wi-Fi available. Which would I was okay with as I have 50GB of data. What I was not aware is that the location is in a virtually a signal dead zone there was one spot that we had to go to , if we wanted to receive our Whats-App messages. I would see this as an important thing to mention to people. Lastly , we had the lovely couple who lived at the corner who were available when we needed to ask questions.

We had a fantastic stay. The enclosed garden was great for our dog and the views were amazing. The Hut was equipped with everything you’d need with plenty of towels and always plenty of hot water. The Hot Tub was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Donna has created a little piece of paradise! The cabin is perfect, everything you could think of (or that you might have forget) is there for you if you needed it. Donna really looked after us and it was easy to relax, unwind and enjoy the stunning Cotswolds. Thank you for a lovely anniversary retreat, it was just what we needed!

If you're looking for a place to relax, this is the place to go! Firstly, Amy took such good care of us. Secondly, the weather was nice (surprisingly) so, we went on lots of long walks with our dog. The cabin has everything you need and I promise you, you'll sleep like a baby! Woodnewton is avery peaceful place. Everyone is very welcoming! If you stay here you must try the local pub, the white swan!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Thom’s Ladybird Hut. It was just what we needed. Thom was there with a warm friendly welcome. He gave some great advice on local amenities and things to do. The hut itself was just beautiful, the large window gives you expansive views across the field and we were treated to an epic sunset whilst making use of the hot tub. Many Thanks again.

Thank you for such a lovely stay. Mia was very friendly and happy to help in away possible. It was just what I needed a very relaxing, peaceful night away. Having the animals there to was a added bonus. Will definitely be returning in the future with my children.

A perfect pod in a perfect setting, it was exactly what we were after for a few nights stay. Beautiful setting and well equipped pod, the tree hammock swings were a firm favourite with my 5 year old - as was the ‘massive tv that we can watch in bed’! Thanks Kirsty, we’ll definitely be back.

I live locally and booked the shepherd's hut for my parents for a night. They were absolutely delighted with the stay - it's extremely comfortable, well appointed and spacious. They commented that the shower was fantastic, and there are loads of thoughtful touches all around the cabin as you explore. Thanks again, Mandy and Martin - I'm sure they'll be back!

Lovely hut in pretty surroundings! Very peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all. Fab cafe on site :)

The place is so cute and cosy, everything was perfect! Nicola was very patient considering we got lost on the way and she stayed on the line until we found the place (our fault for not being great with directions even though she sent us very clear instructions beforehand! haha). I would definitely recommend will probably stay there again in future! Thanks Nicola!

We had a nice experience in this beautiful house. It is convenient to order delivery, and it is a good place to walk and relax.

Debbie was so great with communication, great instructions to find the cabin and greeted us warmly on arrival. The cabin and its surroundings were lovely! Breakfast was lush!! Debbie also gave us fab recommendations on what to do locally. Including a trip to Burghley House where we had a tour with her Hubby who was a fantastic guide!

Honestly the most peaceful sleep ive had in years the bed the surroundings just everything!!! It was so good for my soul this place definitely comming back without question.. Had a brilliant time the place is bigger then it seems in the pictures so clean and efficient..Thanks soo much again!

We had a great time at The Sheep Shed. The views surrounding the hut are beautiful, and you can see them all from an extremely comfortable bed. Lots to do exploring Bicester, Oxford and local village pubs! Highly recommend :)

Helen's hut was exactly what I needed while in Cambridge. It was quiet, calm, peaceful. A great comfortale bed, bathroom and kitchen. Really nice decorations. Helen was lovely to speak to - both when booking and when checking in. It's a shame I didn't get to talk with her more. She provided local knowledge and just left me to myself - which was exactly what you need after long days in the office. I would definitely stay again if Helen would have me.

The hut was stunning, with a private hot tub. The location was great for both walks and drives, with lots of places to eat and farm shops nearby. The hosts communicated well about everything. Alton towers was also extremely close, which was convenient.

We had a lovely weekend stay in the shepherds hut. It was in a great location to do water sports nearby. The surroundings with the sheep in the next door field was relaxing. There was everything we needed inside the hut and the bed was very comfy and cosy. You can hear the noise of the road nearby but this didn’t disrupt our stay.
