Elena and Simone are great hosts for ‘Residenza Esse’, both welcoming and helpful. Accommodation is excellent, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The apartment is very well situated in a courtyard just 50 metres from the pretty main street in Angera and five minutes’ walk from the lakeside, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The ferry jetty is 10 minutes’ walk away. The garden has areas of shade, with tables, chairs and loungers, with a bbq. Worth more than 5 ‘stars’. Angera itself is a lovely small town in south-east Lago Maggiore, with good access to cars, buses and ferries. A beautiful and interesting area.

Eler ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und umsichtiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns immer gut beraten und herzlich bedient. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig. Am besten ist es, genug Proviant mit zu bringen ,da die nächste größere Einkaufsmöglichkeit im ca. 15 km entfernten Labin ist. Ein kleiner Kiosk ist aber am gegenüberliegenden Campingplatz ca. 400 m mit dem Boot erreichbar. Wunderbare Badebuchten sind mit dem kleinen MotorBoot "James Bond :-)" erreichbar und meist wunderbar einsam und klasklares Wasser. Für den sportlichen Ausgleich stehen Kajak und SUP Boards zur Verfügung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à bord de skylark à l'issue de notre périple en Italie : Une aventure extraordinaire et une expérience inédite : La vie au grand large tout en étant rattaché au port : Le must !!!! Notre séjour a été des plus agréables, le bateau est magnifique et se laissé bercé par les clapotis de l'eau, le top ! Nous avons pu observer le mouvement des paquebots amenant leur lot de touristes et cela a fasciné les enfants. L'accueil de Paolo a été fantastique, toujours en soucis que tout se passe bien à bord, prenant régulièrement des nouvelles et répondant très rapidement à nos questions. Un homme passionnant et passionné, une riche découverte. A certainement très bientôt à bord à nouveau !!! Un immense MERCI pour la confiance qui nous a été donnée. Nous recommandons vraiment cette étape à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une belle aventure, hors des sentiers battus !

It’s a wonderful place in Locarno. Easy to get transportation because this place is near station. The best thing about this reservation was Alessandro himself, a wonderful person. The great host i ever had. Very helpful very friendly he helped us a lot. The boat was in a good location a wonderful view. We got all accessories what we needed. I would like to stay there again if I visit Locarno.

This was an amazing and unique experience. We all had a wonderful time on the boat touring around the coastline and enjoying the water. The captain was so friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He was not only a captain, but also a tour guide, and a wonderful chef! He prepared a beautiful lunch on the boat, that we all rated as one of our favorites from our entire trip. The boat was comfortable, clean and offered many spaces for everyone to relax and take in the views. It was also well equipped with anything we needed for a day at sea. Highly recommend this experience!

Excellent accueil de Giacomo. Super 1ere expérience pour nous. Son voilier est bien placé. Voisins de bateaux très sympas. Super pour les 2 vélos car un tout petit peu loin du centre. Confortable quoique matelas un petit peu dur pour nos dos fragiles. Tout le confort. Douchette chaude. Nous reviendrons.

I can’t say enough. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t want to leave. Pietro and another skipper took us out all day via separate agreement. Very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Also the boat is docked in a small town with no tourists
