Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Es ist ruhig gelegen und im Garten, am Kachelofen oder Chemine lässt es sich gut entspannen. Es hat kostenloses WLAN und eignet sich auch für Homeoffice. Das Neckertal ist ein romantisches, verträumtes Tal mit vielen Wander- und Biker Möglichkeiten und liegt zwischen den zwei Tourismusdestinationen Appenzellerland und Toggenburg.

Am besten geeignet für 2 Personen oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Mit Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel super erreichbar: die Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite, ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Der Skilift Parsenn und die Wäldele-Egg Loipe sind nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Bungalow mit Traumaussicht LOMA BUENA VISTA

Am Sonnenhang gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Nach einem kurzen aber etwas steilen Fussweg bis zum Bungalow kann man auf einer gemütlichen Terrasse die Sicht auf den Alpstein mit unserem Hausberg, dem Säntis, geniessen. Es gibt viele Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Bitte beachten: Vom Parkplatz aus geht es ungefähr 100m zu Fuss relativ steil den Hügel hoch zum schön gelegenen Bungalow am Waldrand.

Unser Bungalow ist 57m² groß und verfügt über 2 DZ, einem Bad und einer Wohnküche. Die Küche mit Essbereich ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlich Platz für 2 Personen auf dem Schlafsofa. Eine kleine Terrasse rundet die Gemütlichkeit unseres Hauses ab. Parken können Sie vorm Haus im Carport mit Abstellraum für Ski, Skischuhe, Rodeln, Fahrräder und alles was im Wohnraum keinen Platz findet.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.

I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
