The flat is the mezzanine of an independent house, it's on a hill and it is only for the guests. Welcome to Fiesole in Giardino Home In the nice Fiesole, the hill overlooking Florence, a small independent house, with bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom, all renovated. Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
