The Coach House

The Coach House is located on our mountain top horse and lavender farm. We offer youth summer camps so are set up for fun outdoor adventures and activities. Have fun with our horses, goats, and chickens! You can take a 10 min walk over to Nonno's Restaurant for wine/pizza/BBQ and bacchi ball, or take an 8 min drive into Los Gatos, or 15 min to Santa Cruz for the beach and some of the best restaurants and spas around!. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, kids, & behaved dogs!

Our location means you can park the car and walk to all Ferndale has to offer. Enjoy our peaceful creekside half acre and garden atrium. Great stop to explore the redwoods & hiking. Beach, 5 miles. Yosemite NP is about an hour away, via 2 entrances, with year-round activities for all activity levels. Barnview Bungalow Farm Stay

Try on a slice of farm life from our Barnview Bungalow. This tiny house studio is right in the middle of our functioning farm. It comes with a large covered deck with views of our young apple orchard and big red barn. If you dream of wide open spaces, big skies, and farm animal encounters this is the place for you. Accommodations include: A full sized memory foam bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and two stove burners, stone-floored bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer.

Rio Vista Farmhouse

Relax after a day of exploring the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in this peaceful, dog-friendly (for a fee), renovated barn. Nestled on a point, with spectacular views of the Eel River Valley ranch lands, redwoods, and majestic mountains. It is located right off highway 101 and just minutes to the Avenue of the Giants for exploring and hiking. Enjoy shopping and dining in the nearby Victorian village of Ferndale. It's the perfect central location for exploring all Humboldt has to offer!

The Navarro Beach estuary is just a few miles away for walking or wading. No Wifi creating a true country experience which we think you'll enjoy offering solitude, disconnecting and reinventing.

We offer 2 Tesla electric car chargers, high speed Comcast WiFi (89.6 Mbps download 35.9 Mbps upload), brand new mattresses and a cozy place to relax. Just a short drive to Yosemite National Park Entrance (just over an hour-56 miles away), Pinecrest Lake, Historic Downtown Sonora and Columbia, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino and countless hiking trails in the Stanislaus National Forest!

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
