Absolutely beautiful property; if anything the pictures cannot do justice to the panorama of the lake and surrounding hills. We were lucky with the weather and the place has everything that you need! Tim was also and hand to help out with the hot tub etc. Simply superb!

Beautiful well equipped modern farmhouse with braai and kol-kol - set against a koppie - very comfortable for 3 couples. Mercia from the associated guesthouse next door was an excellent host and made our stay very easy - we had a delicious breakfast there.

Sure! Here’s a polished and warm review you can use: ⸻ We had a fabulous stay at Chantal’s place! She managed to accommodate us last minute, which we really appreciated. The space is even better than the photos – beautifully kept, peaceful, and full of charm. We were actually meant to stay longer but had to cut the trip short due to business obligations. A special mention to Samson, the property manager – he was fantastic and made everything smooth and easy for us. We often travel down this route and will definitely keep this gem on our radar for future stays. Highly recommend!

Daniel’s place was absolutely fantastic! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was smooth, and Daniel was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

A wonderful place for one or two families. On the water, with a wonderful view. The house is spacious, very well-equipped, comfortable and safe. The jacuzzi adds a lovely touch. We had a fabulous, peaceful stay and will highly recommend this beautiful space to anyone needing a quiet break on the West Coast. An idyllic stay with the waves lapping at your door - very grateful for a perfect weekend away

We spent our Anniversary there, the waterfall was incredible, we swam in the dam, went back to our cosy cottage, got into the hotub with some champers, looked up at the milky way, counted satellites and had the most unforgettable and romantic wedding anniversary. We will definitely go back. Thank you to the hosts for an incredible experience, what a beautiful location.

Was such an incredible stay. I cannot recommend this place enough. A relaxing get away and one of the morning Jackobus took us on a tour of the farm and it was one of my favorite things. 10 STARS OUT OF 5! Haha

We loved our weekend at the Solace cabin. The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again!
