Rust en Vrede means rest and peace in Afrikaans which describes the experience of staying in these these two stone cottages. They are 20m apart and are ONLY offered as a pair, and have exclusive use of a rock pool. Each cottage has two 3/4 beds, bathroom, kitchenette and patio. The pair of cottages accommodate a MAX of 4 people in TOTAL in a private setting, with expansive views. These new cottages are in the same format as the other four on the farm which have received hundreds of 5* reviews.

Agua Paternoster

Relax by the sea in Agua. Designed for that easy getaway. Enjoy a view of the ocean while you barbecue on your private patio. Dawn walks on the beach and moonlit nights. Small but clean and bright, A’gua (Portuguese for Water) is the perfect spot for a couple wanting to enjoy Paternoster. Great restaurants and shops are a short walk away, booking recommended, or drive and explore what this small fishing village has to offer. Weavers Cottage on Waterfall Farm (sleeps 4)

Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. This luxurious beach house is within the Shelley Point Security Estate. The house is located right on the beach with unobstructed sea views. The Estate boasts beautiful beaches and a golf course. A 15 minute drive from well-known “foodie town” Paternoster with award winning restaurants. North-facing the house is entirely sheltered from the wind. Each bedroom has ocean views and luxurious en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa has an indoor swimming pool and steam room.

Mitat was build with the thought of pure relaxation so we decided to not have Wifi or a TV installed just so you can escape from the world. As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
