Little Vista

You are going to stay in our small but cozy guest house in the middle of the country site in the village of Birdhill. Its a self contained guest house with a kitchen/living room, small double bedroom and bathroom. We are conveniently located only 10 min away from M7 motorway (exit 27), and 20 min away from Limerick City. Shannon airport 40 min drive. Killaloe/ Ballina which is located only 10min drive from our house is one of the most picturesque village attractions with plenty of restaurants.

Our unique cabin with modern vibe has a host of amenities, including en-suite shower, work/dining table, smart TV, wifi, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, heating & air con. The cabin is situated in the corner of our garden facing South, surrounded by composite decking. It's perfectly situated for accessing the Dales Way, Ilkley Moor, Harrogate, Leeds and Bradford. 15min walk to train station, 5mins to bus stop, the Dales Way access point is literally across the road.

This beautiful, character filled small guest house with ensuite bathroom has been lovingly restored from its original use as a bothy in older times. It features a double bed with bedside cupboard, table ,luggage stand and wardrobe for your convenience ..You have your own private entrance and private ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Adorable 1 bedroom Guest House with free parking

Situated close to Mourne Mountains and 10 minutes walk to Newcastle centre and beach. Very quiet area. Close to main house with small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster (no cooker/hob). Basic breakfast essentials will be left.Bread cereal tea bags coffee milk and butter. Double bedroom, bathroom, sitting area/kitchen and free parking. Beautiful view and small outside seated area.
