studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Modernes und gemütliches Loft in zentraler Lage.

NIKA Loft ist eine stilvoll eingerichtete 70qm Dachgeschosswohnung in der Rosenheimer Innenstadt. Bei der Kernsanierung vor 5 Jahren wurde praktisch alles, bis auf die alte Dachkonstruktion die der Wohnung viel Charme und Wärme verleiht, erneuert. Die Vorteile der Wohnung sind die ruhige Lage bei gleichzeitiger Zentrums- und Bahnhofnähe (10 Gehmin.), der grosszügige Wohnraum, 1 privater Parkplatz + öffentlichen Parkplätzen vor der Tür und die Nähe zur Natur mit dem Landesgartenschaugelände.
