清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

This was our 2nd stay at Blue Sky Private Pool Villa, and would not hesitate to stay again! Kasin, Sandra and all the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responded to our messages/requests very quickly, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The house is modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable and is perfect for up to 6 people. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, basin/sink and toilet. The linen on the beds was clean and fresh, and nice fluffy towels were also provided. The free breakfast at the 42 Garden Cafe was nice and simple and sufficient to start the day. The location is relatively quiet, but still conveniently close to all the action of Chiang Mai. There's a small village/shopping area/market at the end of the street (about a 1-2 minute drive, or less than 10 minute walk) with a huge variety of fantastic local food, all the usual merchandise, plus a 7-Eleven, a large Tops supermarket and various other shops. Thank you so much, we loved it!

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute drive from town, yet nestled in a peaceful and scenic area away from the crowds. The surroundings are serene, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Meta, the owner, was incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. A huge bonus was the fast and reliable WiFi, consistently over 50Mbps, which easily supported two remote workers without any issues. If you are looking for a quiet retreat with excellent connectivity while still being close to Pai’s main attractions, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend!

As described, very spacious home just outside of Pai in a tranquil area near the river. Getting up every morning to a gorgeous view, lots of windows. Host is very responsive and helpful and I also met the housekeeping lady Sai, all very nice and welcoming people. I stayed here by myself for a week to unwind. Would definitely recommend :)

LOVED staying here! Waking up to endless fields right outside the window felt like a fairytale 🌟. The house was cozy and peaceful—perfect for escaping the city noise. Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

IIt has everything you need and Sarocha is so responsive! The condo is very convenient for workcation and it has 3 pools and big common area. Walking to the mall was so easy! Only 15 mins to old city. I will definitely come back!

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

Interessanter Aufenthalt. Sehr ruhig und etwas außerhalb gelegen. Die Tiere sind ab und zu im Wasser vor den Bungalows, was wir persönlich ziemlich cool fanden.

Staying at hula hula sunset was a blessing from the sky, the pictures don’t justify the beauty of the place as they are not professionally taken by manipulative angles so the place is actually more beautiful than the photo, there is a restaurant on the site and the owner ( referred to as mama ) she is abseloutly a gem ❤️ mama cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner all for super cheap and helped me with everything from giving me her scooter to use, to taking me to Chiang Mai with her car and even showing me around pai, she is also an amazing cook and thought me 4 dishes in less than 1.30 min all famous thai food so recommend to book with her to cook 🧑‍🍳 WiFi works great and this place hands down has the best sunset and sunrise view in pai ☀️🌄 I would say if you find this place don’t even think a sec and go for it, when I saw only few reviews I was unsure but oh man I’m glad I booked it here and stay beautiful 10 days with mama ❤️

je recommande vivement ce logement. Bob a été un hôte génial, vraiment super. Il est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a prêté une moto puisqu’il a dû nous changer pour un logement plus petit mais sincèrement, cela nous a bien aidé. Ce logement est super pour être proche de la ville et des randonnées en même temps. l’endroit est super mignon, les chiens aussi. Merci encore pour ce séjour super Bob !

Absolutely 5 stars! I'd give it a 6 if I could! This place is a perfect escape from the city, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature, clear your mind, and enjoy peaceful countryside living. The room was well-equipped with almost everything we needed and perfectly comfortable for a one or two-night stay. We enjoyed doing our own BBQ for dinner, and it was delicious! The complimentary breakfast was also lovely. The host's service was absolutely outstanding! He was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We are so grateful! It was my birthday during our stay, and I was so happy to have spent such a memorable time here. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. 我家太喜欢这间森林小屋了，尤其是孩子，喜欢泳池，植物和夜晚间的各种动物叫声（房东提醒了可以听到老虎叫哦）孩子在房间和院子里光着脚走，这就是住在大自然的感觉。院子太大了，看着就开心。 我们自己开车，房东提供的位置定位很准，一下子就找到了，还热情的给我们点了篝火，因为我们到的时候已经黑天了。很贴心的准备了很多水果和面包，我们吃了一星期也没吃完。 另外每隔一天就打扫一下房屋，换洗床单枕套，还顺便帮忙洗衣服，真是感觉旅行中太方便了，太舒服了。 我们住了一周后才恋恋不舍的离开。

ここの、テントサイト、竹の家共にすごく良い。すごく景色が綺麗で、落ち着く場所。 旅人にはすごくオススメ！！
