Relax on the spacious deck in the morning and catch a glimpse of the Long Island Sound.Relax in the evenings and watch the the beautiful colors of our sunsets. In walking distance( 1.5-2 miles) is our local Fruit and Vegetable Farm Stand as well as the Riverhead Ciderhouse, LIV Vodka, Baiting Hollow Wineries, Cooperage Inn and Beautiful Sunflower fields! Come Enjoy All that Long Island Has to Offer!!

Casa Fabiola is nestled right on the Long Island Sound. Just 1.5 hours from the city, the cottage is a perfect getaway to recharge and rejuvenate. Wind down with something to drink by the indoor fireplace. Gaze at the stars and enjoy the tranquility awhile you grill dinner. Or walk 4 blocks to the beach and watch the sunset. There are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The second bathroom is in our utility closet so please excuse the stored supplies. Minimum age of booking guest: 21 yrs old.

Lovely deck with BBQ, outdoor seating. 5th house from the ocean—walk to the beach and if you need refreshments you will be back at the cottage in 90 seconds tops. Bikes & beach chairs included. We're a family neighborhood--no parties please!

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our lovingly restored mid-century modern beach house offers an open flow and airy feel thats perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Comfortable for 2-7 people. Not ideal for small children or guests with limited mobility as there are steep stairs inside and outside.

It's a short drive to our quaint town with boutiques for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from or jump on Metronorth for a train ride to the city. Finish the day with a barbeque or relax by the fire table in our cozy outdoor space.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
