In this authentic eighteenth-century farmhouse you can still breathe echoes of poetry... The garden is a oasis where you can contemplate the stars. Just outside, the nature of the truest Sicily: where rows of dry stone walls divide solitary carob trees and the gaze runs towards the silent sea.

The cabin by the sea

The cabin is equipped with a private bathroom, television, fridge, a/c, Wi-Fi and internal parking. The house features a large kitchen with a central island, overlooking our evergreen garden. Living in complete silence in the midst of nature just a few steps from the most beautiful sea in Sicily. Perfect as a romantic getaway, for smart-working, for couples, even families with children, or for sports holidays, surfing, climbing, mountain biking, racing or gravel bikes and much more.

Grazie alla sua posizione baricentrica, dal Zammarra‬ puoi raggiungere velocemente tutti i luoghi di interesse della Sicilia sud orientale, i siti ‪‎Unesco‬, le spiagge più belle, i luoghi di ‪‎Montalbano‬, Marzamemi, Vendicari, Modica, Scicli, Ispica, Noto Barocca. Quattro camere, quattro caratteri diversi ognuna delle quali con bagno privato, aria condizionata e TV. La stanza Anni '40, dedicata al Cinema, con vista sui mari Ionio e Mediterraneo può ospitare fino a 4 posti letto.

Siamo nel cuore di Ortigia. La nostra terrazza si affaccia sul mare, qui serviamo le nostre prime colazioni, fatte di cose buone e genuine. Ci piace accogliere gli ospiti nella nostra casa, composta di quattro camere con bagno privato, farli sentire a proprio agio, condividere con loro parte della nostra vita e delle nostre storie. Ascoltare i racconti di chi ci viene a trovare e creare relazioni. Per questo la nostra casa è semplice e autentica e fa sognare.

Loft sulla spiaggia di Avola in Ottima Posizione

La tua casa sul mare in Sicilia in un contesto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Il loft è immerso in un bellissimo giardino con prato e palme. Il loft si trova sul lungomare di Avola in una delle zone più apprezzate della città. L'autostrada dista solo 1 km e vi permetterà di raggiungere le principali mete turistiche (Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Scicli e Marzamemi) in poco tempo. Una piccola palestra, le bici ed i kayak daranno un tocco dinamico alla vostra vacanza.

Zanzibar House

Zanzibar house si trova in pieno centro ad Avola ed è composto da 4 camere da letto molto luminose, provviste di balcone, tv a schermo piatto, frigo privato, riscaldamento e climatizzatore. Ciascuna camera dispone di connessione wifi, bagno privato con bidet, asciugacapelli, kit di cortesia e servizio asciugamani. La struttura offre anche una cucina ed un' ampia area soggiorno con tavoli e posti a sedere. C'e' possibilita' di parcheggio gratuito in loco.

You will be lucky enough to stay in front of the Palazzo Di Lorenzo del Castelluccio, a few meters from the Tina Di Lorenzo Theatre, the Cathedral of San Nicolo' and many other famous monuments.

L' ACANTO

Located just 200 meters from the beaches of Siracusa, the family-run Acanto offers a sun terrace and a common room. It offers free Wi-Fi and classic-style accommodation with air conditioning. The rooms at the Acanto are equipped with flat-screen satellite TV. Some rooms have a balcony, while others have a patio. Guests can choose between a buffet breakfast at a nearby cafe or a traditional Sicilian breakfast in a partner property.

B&B Anapama Asso di spade

Anapama has four different accommodations which you can see in my profile (Vivien). The ASSO DI SPADE room is about 25 square meters, consists of a small corridor overlooked by the private bathroom and the actual bedroom with double bed, is equipped with independent heating and not with air conditioning since the stone structure allows to maintain an ideal temperature even on the hottest days.
