Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

Nestled on a pretty hillside street, Sunshine Cottage has beautiful views from the tiered patio garden and is less than 5 minutes walk from the town’s independent shops, boutique cinema and eateries. A cosy space for two filled with character and charm, the cottage has a lounge with logburner, kitchen diner, master bedroom with cinema-style projector and separate bathroom.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set next to Hartshay Brook and along a beautiful Bridle lane, amidst rolling countryside with stunning walks straight from the door. Lower Hartshay is a hidden gem, a tiny rural village in Derbyshire. The cottage is along a former tow path behind a picket fence. Inside it boasts a quirky layout with log burner,beams and a stone stairwell to the large kitchen. Enjoy the paddock to the front and seating terrace to the rear looking over the brook.

Enjoy this romantic spot in nature in our stunningly converted stable block set in 12 acres of woodland and paddock . Small romantic hideaway in gated private location , close to Nottingham city centre but secluded hideaway if you so wish. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants the resident deer and pheasants may even put in an appearance perfect for nature lovers to kick back , relax - hot tub , Netflix, Sonos speakers, Philips Hue lighting and a log burner all make for a relaxing escape.

Converted in 2017 from a small barn (circa 1850), the self-contained studio combines character with tasteful furnishings. TOTAL REFURBISHMENT MAY 2025 with new kitchenette, flooring, carpet, wood panelling. Separate from the main house with security gates and 24 hour CCTV, providing parking, an outdoor seating area and views over the paddock of sheep, pony and free range chickens. Upton is a small village, two miles from Southwell, with country walks and a local pub serving hot food.

Parking is available for free, mountain bikers can have secure storage for their bikes and if you wish to follow the life of DH Lawrence, the historic blue line trail runs directly outside the front door.

The Shepherd's Hut is a small living space, with a wood burning stove, a modern shower, bathroom and kitchen area. Beautiful views across the once Sherwood Forest as well as garden views of mature Cedar and Scots pine trees. The farm is a tranquil retreat as well as being close by to nearby towns. Fox Cottage is easy to access by car, train or bus via Matlock. Located on the edge of The Peak District, natural beauty is in every direction. Two great food pubs within easy walk. There is so much to see and do nearby. Gardens, industrial heritage sites, stately homes, outdoor activities, ancient sites, river promenades. Something for everyone and every season.
