Stable House is a beautifully converted 2 bedroom cottage in the medieval hamlet of Sookholme. It's is very close to Sherwood Forest, Clumber Park, Hardwick Hall, Chatsworth House, historic Edwinstowe and a great number of other local beauty spots. It is very private with its own fully fenced garden for the security of your pet should you wish to bring a well behaved dog. A great short break destination surrounded by some beautiful walking and cycling routes including Route 6 and Sherwood Pines

A spacious lounge with double bed and large leather sofa, chairs. HD TV & a Bose Bluetooth music speaker. The Studio is private and totally separate from the main house. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

With amazing views for miles it has its own kitchenette, double bed, ensuite bathroom & enclosed garden/patio. Love the fabulous log burning stove and basket of logs. Toast marshmallows around a fire pit. Explore bridle paths on the farm which link to neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell. Two upstairs bedrooms, with a king size bed and Freeview TV, &one with single (further beds on discussion); bathroom and downstairs shower room. Downstairs sitting room with microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge (no freezer), without a kitchen sink. Screen (no TV) available in sitting room with HDMI cable. Washing up service provided. This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)
