Kathy's place is a home away from home. extremely clean and free of clutter but not to say that it was lacking any needed amenities. there were thoughtful gestures of light snacks, coffee, and tea laid out for guests' convenience as well. Our trip was a sister's mini getaway trip to enjoy Vegas entertainment and shows. Her 2- bedroom 2-flr condo was beautiful, bright, and offered everything that we could ask for. the best thing were the super comfortable and clean King-sized beds and a cute little private porch for my sister to use to momentarily and safely step outside. surroundings were quiet. Hosts responded quickly and were more than accommodating for a request that they could have easily denied. This saved our sanity after a very long trip to town. we truly appreciated the hosts for this! thank you for hosting us and we will definitely keep your cute, beautiful, very comfy place in mind the next time that we come back to town!

Comfortable, clean, and spacious. We appreciated how well the space matched the description. We were grateful to be able to cook in the kitchen and do laundry when needed.

Had a great stay at Tong's place for a few days following a bachelorette weekend on the strip in Vegas. Cute and cozy apartment with easy access to the strip, airport, etc. Tong was a lovely host - proactive, responsive, and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here! It felt very secure with the inside parking garage. The room was located around a ton of restaurants. The room itself had a very comfortable bed and we very much enjoyed the balcony. The kitchen and bathroom were very clean. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Vegas!

The house was beautiful! The hosts responded to us vety quickly each time we sent a message. The pool was maintained and was available to swim in. We really enjoyed the color scheme. The beds were comfy and the house had good AC. We were super close to the strip, and we're able to get around pretty easy from this location. We definitely rate this a 10 out of 10. We plan on staying here every time we visit Las Vegas.

Sherman was a great host! The Airbnb was clean, cozy, and right by the Strip. He communicated quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend. 🙂

Great hosts!! Overall great experience. Wound stay again. Home is very clean, spacious, close to the strip, and has great nearby restaurants and shops.

Isaac was on top of everything. The home was just as described. I loved all that the home had good cook wear. The kitchen was great. It did take a while for the pool to heat up so my suggestion to anyone staying here is to turn it on with time so it feels good when you jump in. We will definitely stay here again.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Logement fonctionnel et proche de la vallée de la mort. L’arrivée est parfaite et très flexible. Les canapés-lits sont un peu durs, mais très corrects pour le prix payé. Nous n’avons pas réussi à capter le wifi en revanche, mais ça n’a pas impacté notre séjour. Merci !

We stayed here with colleagues while visiting an exhibition in Las Vegas. The property was exactly as described – spacious, very clean, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. Lilly was always responsive and friendly, which made everything smooth and easy. Our stay felt like a little vacation combined with some great team building. Highly recommended!

Jesus was a great host! We had a plumbing issue in the house, but after messaging Jesus it was fixed in an hour! Very responsive & helpful, would definitely stay again

Andi’s home is beautiful. The pictures are right on point. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great neighborhood and close to shopping and the Strip. Kitchen - just beautiful!!!! Beds comfy and furniture -nice! The backyard and balcony’s were awesome. Sitting out there at night was wonderful. Andi is very responsive and even allows us to check in early. Which we appreciated coming from the East Coast to the West Coast. We will definitely be back when we make the next trip to Vegas and California. Very good price for a wonderful stay. Great little unit right by The Strip. The complex has several other short stay units so there was no trouble at all getting in and finding parking. Security was helpful as well. You’re about a 5 minute Uber from the Bellagio and can walk to the Rio easily. Really prime location Unit was clean and surprisingly quiet for how close you are to the action. Rooms were private with trees blocking your neighbors views in. Loved the balcony too! David and Lillian are great hosts. Lillian was super responsive when the AC had an issue and had a guy to fix it come within 15 minutes. Easily the fastest response to a problem I’ve ever had staying at an Airbnb. Highly recommend this place to a small group or family who wants a chill place to relax between normal Vegas activities.

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

This place was beyond our expectations, starting fight as we arrived. Valet parking included. The room was beautiful!! So clean and So close to everything. Gambling at the casino.. great food & happy hour 50% food menu! Will definitely be back :)!

We spent Easter in Vegas and enjoyed our stay at Marco’s and Gabriela. The complex is gated and felt safe, the place was nice and it had great amenities. Not far from the strip, very good cost benefit

Had a great time at Ping and Mikhail’s place with the comfort of being at home for our party of 6. The photos describe their property and the furniture and gadgets were modern. It was helpful to have a full size kitchen for my mom who has special dietary needs. Walkable to the Rio, Gold Coast and Palms casino with food options. The host was very responsive and will definitely stay here again!

Very neat and clean home. So near to the main area in vegas , yet so quite and calm place. Very safe place to stay. Host was very responsive as well. My baby while playing just outside the door accidentally pushed some buttons in the entry pad and she was made aware of it instantly and she was so fast to respond to it if I needed help or something. Would love to stay again at this place.
