With its own private entrance (accessed through the owner's back garden), the property comprises a double bedroom, bonus mezzanine area, bunk room, kitchen/diner & shower room. Recently refurbished. Ideal location for all that Devon has to offer.

The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

You won’t forget our beautiful & thoughtfully made shepherds hut, set in the most amazing rural location with panoramic views of Devon hills. Includes : Gas powered shower, and hob, solar 12v electric(usb only) & flushing toilet . Not too far from Dartmoor National Park, and our incredible coastlines. The hut is also set right in the middle of some amazing country walks. Our hut has a minimal but comfy design. Dog friendly on enquiry, depending on suitability, but will incur further cost .

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.
