We enjoyed the place very much and it met our needs nicely. It's a relaxing location and was nice to come back to the house after Yosemite adventures during the day.

This place was a great little private place. There’s neighbors near by, but you have enough privacy. My husband and I were looking for a small great getaway and this place was it. Plus, you had a jacuzzi, which unfortunately we didn’t not have the chance to use, but I would have loved to experience under the stars. The complimentary wine was delicious. Michael was a great help in giving recommendations. I would definitely stay here again! All I have to say is couples book it, don’t think about it!

What a great location! Short drive to Yosemite, and close to restaurants. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Cabin is perfectly located, very close to town with lots of restaurants and stores, and very convenient for daily travel to Yosemite! The cabin is clean and has everything one might need to stay for a while. Very satisfied with the stay!

Perfect stay for our Yosemite trip! The place was clean, cozy, and super baby-friendly—came with a high chair, pack ’n play, and other baby essentials. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay at Gina's property. We were close enough to get into Yosemite national park (30-90 min depending on which area you visit) but remote enough to feel like we had the mountainside to ourselves in the evening. The town and groceries was conveniently located within 5-7mins. The living room got sun all day and we were comfortable with everything we needed for our trip. Easy check-in and check-out process.

Definitely recommend booking with Wendy if your looking for a home on the lake. This is our second time staying in this rental and we will continue booking for our weekend getaways. The home is heated by a wood fire and warms up the house quickly. There's additional room heaters as well which was nice to have in the morning. The rental is clean, everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal, and plenty of firewood to keep the fire going. Jacuzzi was clean and was relaxing to look at the stars on a cold night. Thank you again Wendy for accommodating us in your home! Can't wait for our next trip.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. This space is great! A hot tub, foosball, lots of board games and cozy comforting beds, 20 minutes to Yosemite entrance, an hour to the valley. Carolina was accomodating during our stay and was always available through message if we needed anything. Had a short but great time!

The cabin was very quiet and well decorated. We loved the sunroom bedroom in particular! It's in a very good location. Only about 15 to 20 minutes to Bass Lake and less than an hour to Yosemite Valley. Looking forward to return! 😁

They were exceptionally friendly, incredibly responsive (often replying within minutes!), and proactively reached out to ensure everything was fine. The property itself was sparkling clean and offered profound quiet. Nestled deep within a serene, peaceful forest, it felt like a true escape from the noise and bustle of the nearby town, providing exactly the tranquil atmosphere we desired. The vibe was calm and welcoming. Just a heads-up for future guests: if you plan to use the sofa bed, remember to request it specifically when booking, as it needs to be set up by the host. We highly recommend this tranquil forest gem for a truly relaxing and restorative retreat!

Located in an incredibly scenic and peaceful area. The place itself was huge - a real home away from home with everything you need and more. We especially loved the creek and all the games on offer. Place was spacious and clean and the hosts were incredibly friendly and very responsive. Many thanks for a great stay!

We really liked the location and the peaceful surroundings (we even saw a small group of deer crossing the street on our first evening at the cabin!). Everything was as described: close to the South entrance (and the Mariposa Grove) of Yosemite park, close to Oakhurst amenities. The cabin is so spacious that we almost regretted not taking some friends or family with us. Cheryl and Randy were very helpful and appointed the cabin with everything one might need during a visit. We are a family of 4 (kids 10-14 y.o.). We had rain voor two days. Jacuzzi was so great! watching stars in the night. This beautiful sight is great to see in any weather. The carpet fibre and beautiful interior hugs your senses and makes you feel right at home. It is the end of april, we were surprised to see Yosemite National Park covered in snow. Miraculous. This house to stay in is magical! We felt like superstars. We saw a Bobcat, deer, different kinds of birds of pray, even a turtle. Absolutely lovely. And the owner was available for all questions we had, about the animals we saw for example. lovely, i strongly recommend this!

This cabin is everything we hoped for and more! Nestled in a peaceful, scenic location, it felt like a little slice of paradise. The interior is beautifully decorated—cozy, clean, and full of charm. We loved the fireplace, the comfy beds, and the little touches. Waking up to the view each morning was unreal. Sam was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect for a quiet retreat—we’ll definitely be back!

The cabin was super cute and we liked it really much. The toilet and shower are seperate outside. There isn‘t any light in the toilet so it looked a bit sketchy when it was dark. There is a heater in the cabin but it didn‘t warm up enough. We were glad to have the extra blankets. I bet it is a bit more pleasant in a warm but not hot day.

Kristen's place was a great stay for us. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Her recommendations for local spots as well as tips to get the get experience were very helpful. We loved it!

Cabin was close to town and close to Yosemite. Made a great base camp for hiking the park. It is located in the mountains and looks and feels like a mountain cabin. One piece of advice, READ THE INSTRUCTION EMAIL COMPLETELY. I did not and parked in the wrong spot. GREAT CABIN!

I really liked staying at Callie’s place! It’s about a 30-minute drive from the South Gate, which worked out great for us. The space was super clean and had such a warm, welcoming vibe—perfect for kids. I especially appreciated how cozy everything felt, and the kitchen was spotless! Just a heads-up for families: there’s no dishwasher, so if you’re traveling with little ones, I’d recommend bringing or using disposable plates to save yourself from doing a lot of dishes. Other than that, everything was great!
