Perfect for festivals and events held at Catton Hall (only a 10 minute walk away) Owners live in the adjacent property and own a large but very friendly dog (who is kept in his own fenced-off area). The garden is a shared area between the bungalow and the owners.

It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. Boothorpe Farmhouse is up a single track, no through road in a quiet Hamlet of Boothorpe which borders Leicestershire & Derbyshire. It is surrounded by the National Forest providing the best views and walks. The cottage is of historic note and is listed in the Doomsday Book but has been stylishly designed and provides a comfortable place to stay. There are are some amazing places to visit and things to do also a number of good local pubs and restaurants
