We had a nice stay for 4 nights at Diane’s house. The house is very clean located in a quiet neighborhood. Bed in Master is very comfortable. House is well equipped with everything one needs. Would definitely stay again if we visit The Villages.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

We have stayed at Balfour Villa several times. Each time was better than the last and this visit was no exception. It’s a hidden gem so always hesitant to give away a good secret but the owners have created a wonderful accommodation. We’ll be back.

It felt right at home from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. Every thing was clean, comfortable and overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality in letting our family stay in your beautiful home. Brittni

Very nice, clean and well-maintained house in the villages. Convenient for pets with dog park within walking distance. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at Rene's place. It is in a gated community with an amenity center. Nothing short of 5 stars for sure. Each bedroom having an ensuite bath made it very convenient. Our stay in mid-February was during renovation of the swimming pool, but there is an alternate pool in driving distance. A few great restaurants/breweries in the shopping square in front of the community.

Jessica was a great Hostess! We did not have the amount of people that we originally planned for - We had 7 instead of 11. If we had the 11 it would have been tight inside the house for seating. The outside pool area was awesome!! plenty of seating for up to 12. pool very nice,. We didn't use the grill but the gas grill and outdoor mini fridge was new and nice. If you were spending a lot of time in backyard you would love it! Very close to town - about a mile and the area is so cool.

We never had any problems inside or out at Yuki’s. Cute, clean house on a quiet family occupied street. Neighbors were friendly. Saw about 6 outside cats on the street. Plenty of dog- walking places and apartment complex around the corner has a fenced dog park and lots of walking paths. The house is so clean you would never know any pets have even been inside. There were no plug in air fresheners as other people mentioned in reviews. There is a sunroom with a comfortable sofa that opens to the backyard- I didn’t explore the backyard though, but it was so nice having the porch were my dog Jubil could watch the birds and squirrels. We would love to stay there again. Thankyou Yuki!

This is a beautiful home with great spaces to enjoy. The house is thoughtfully appointed for families and fun. There were ten of us-my husband and I, our two kids and their spouses, and our four grandchildren. Every one of us felt relaxed and accommodated. The house is close to downtown St Augustine and other attractions. The beach is fantastic. And--the hot tub is great! We would love to come back some day.

Communicated well! We appreciated the extra supplies that were requested, and how responsive the host was. The accommodation was close to our venue and we enjoyed the wide open kitchen and dining area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Neil’s place! The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel connected with nature, yet just a 30-60 minute drive from bigger amenities. The pool area was so nice and relaxing, and Brett, who lives in the pool house, was fantastic! Super friendly, kind, and definitely a character our guys could have chatted with for hours. One small note for future guests: the outdoor area is somewhat shared, which wasn’t an issue for us but might be good to mention in the listing, especially for groups who may prefer total privacy. We absolutely loved all the extra towels and blankets provided, and the Bluetooth speakers throughout the property were such a great touch! Nothing but positives to say about this place—we’d definitely stay again! 🍃🏡✨

Great host. Very responsive. It’s next to seaworld The neighborhood seems like a bunch of house hotels… everyone staying next to us seemed to be visiting as well so the vibe is different. Everyone else staying is probably also from out of town. Even the club house mirrors more of a Disney hotel pool vibe. They have waiters food ect. The houses maximize room space. Every room has its own bathroom except the room that shared bathroom with the common area. If you are traveling with a large group (I.e 2 families or grandparents ect..) great place to stay.

Listing was exactly as described, use of amenities was great! It was clean and spacious, perfect for our group. Small note: the address on the airbnb was different than the address sent via message by the host - so just double check before providing address to your uber! Everything else was perfect. :) Thank you!

Very comfortable clean home in a beautiful tranquil neighborhood! It was the perfect home for our family to enjoy over a family wedding weekend! Check in was stress free and Johnny was very responsive.

This is Mike's wife. We stayed at Scott's house for 30 nights. It is very well stocked, especially the kitchen! One of the reasons that we rented it is because it has a recliner and I have a bad hip, so all I needed to do after riding in the car 3 1/2 days from Minnesota was to sit with my leg elevated, but the recliner was broken. The pics show 4 dining room chairs but there are only 3, which didn't matter to us as it was just the two of us, also the carpets in the bedrooms are dirty, especially in the doorway of the master. Scott is a very responsive host, always answered us back!

This was by far our favorite Airbnb to stay at. They offered many great amenities within the home and in the community. Everything was so conveniently located. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive anytime we had questions. The place itself is absolutely adorable, super cozy, clean and comfortable. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. We hope to stay here again when we visit our family in the future.

The place was very spacious, easily fit the 8 ppl we had. Very nice place but was a little dusty/dingy. But overall we had a good experience staying here & had a great time. Great location. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots to do in the area. Very close to Disney & Universal parks!

Susan’s place was more beautiful than the pictures showed. The pool is remarkable. Golf card was perfect! Short golf cart ride to the Spanish Square that had live music every night and a grocery store for all our needs. This place is a perfect stay!

Very clean and spacious! Pictures matched the space and was well appointed with all the amenities listed. It was perfect for our quick trip to visit family in the area. I'm sure the pool area would be nice when the weather is warmer. We were not able to use it due to the dip in temps while we were there. Great house in a nice neighborhood and convenient to Inverness and surrounding areas.

Our family of 3 had the most amazing time at this house!! It had everything, and more that we could need! Close to everything!! Super clean and comfortable! I definitely would recommend this home to anyone looking to have a quiet relaxing visit to the Villages!!
