Tara was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. The condo was affordable and has all of the necessities.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in! The townhome was so spacious and immaculate. Plenty of sleeping space, plenty of bathrooms/showers, and lots of hang out space which was super helpful with 2 little ones! Pool was great as well and the location was perfect. Everything was a short drive or walk away! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We took a trip to Ocean City while visiting our daughter in Laurel. The condo was the perfect weekend getaway for the group. The accommodations were very comfortable. The views were amazing!!! We would definitely go back again!

We had an amazing time in Rehoboth at Linda's beautiful home! She was so nice and responded to us quickly with whatever questions or concerns we had. We had a minor issue with the dryer but Linda made sure to rectify the situation. We enjoyed the pools, Bocce courts and Pickleball courts. Also liked the fact that the community is a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk- 15 minute car ride. So many fun things to do nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful week!

Such a beautiful house! Everything was a described and looked just like the pictures. The house was clean. The rooms were spacious and felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and close to so much. Was a wonderful stay . Plan on coming back and staying in Lisa's beautiful home.

This house was like a miracle for us! Everything was so clean and the house was so spacious!! The host was extremely helpful, super communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we had hoped for. The house is set up to be accessible for a wheelchair which made our family trip possible! We were able to rent a beach wheelchair and take my mom onto the beach where she was able to watch her grandkids play. This house has everything you need and more especially if you have a loved one that uses a wheelchair. The short walk to the bay was not too hard even with lots of gear and little kids! The short distance to the beach and the view of the ferry made evening trips to swim and sunsets over the water absolutely magical! Thank you for all the memories!

This was an incredible find for our yearly family vacation. Stepping in to the Watson House was like stepping back in time. We loved the history behind this place and all the books to support how amazing this area is. The location is perfect- within walking distance of the theatre, restaurants, grocery store, and plenty of coffee shops. Annette was a fantastic host who gave us clear instructions and some helpful tips to navigate the house.

My colleagues and I loved our stay in Rehoboth. The house was pristine and had everything we could have ever needed. Dev was also the perfect host and was so responsive. We look forward to our next trip and would love to stay again.

Lia’s place was great for our group! Enjoyed the many games provided and the fire pit especially. Ample space to spread out or all gather together.

The place was great, fairly spacious and enough room for the whole family. The place was clean and entertainment was similar to home. Place was close enough to be active into all the downtown Ocean City activities but further away to not be surrounded by all the noise that comes with downtown. Fantastic stay!

Great stay! Close to the OC boardwalk, but in a quiet townhouse neighborhood on the other side of the bridge. Clean and convenient. This is our second time staying here!

My only hesitation is that writing a five-star review is, I hope this Airbnb will be available next time I am looking to be on the Atlantic Ocean. The best part of this place is the view: decent size balcony, looking right out onto the ocean -- you can hear thunder of the waves. Other strengths: 1) super clean, 2) well stocked, 3) lots of beach stuff in the lock-up, 4) super close (walkable) to a grocery store, and a gym you can join for $15 a day, 5) at-least this time of the year (end of April), quieter than the rest of Ocean City. As a hiker and someone who just wants to look at the ocean, go to a gym, and walk on the beach, it was perfect. A couple would have no trouble staying here. The managers of the property are super responsive. If available again, I'd stay there.

Brandon was easy to work with and responded within minutes to any questions we had leading up to and during our trip. The space was clean and welcoming. The views from the condo were breathtaking and I would have been happy with that alone. The condo offered so many family friendly activities for kids of all ages. The beach was clean, staff was pleasant, the location was walking distance to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, and bars. We would absolutely stay with Brandon

There were many great amenities that our family really enjoyed. Cassandra was an excellent host and was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The place was clean and had a great view of the ocean. We appreciated the bath towels and bed sheets! We would definitely stay here again!

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

The condo was in a great location (right on the beach) and had a ton of other amenities to keep our kids (ages 3, 4, 8, 10, and 14) busy the entire time, including an arcade, onsite movie theater, multiple pools, tennis court, basketball court, and playground. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Bob and team were wonderfully responsive to our questions and concerns. This is the second time I've booked with Bob from OC Beach Rentals and both times they were great to work with! I'd book at a different property with them again. The view was outstanding. However there were a few concerns with this property: 1) Wash clothes and dish towels were not provided. The bath towels (all) smelled of cigarettes and needed to be washed. 2) Minimal toiletries were provided (for 4 guests). 3) Front door deadbolt was broken. Chain lock is ineffective- needs tightening. 4) Paint peeling in several areas of home. Needs overall paint refresh throughout. 5) Original bathrooms need updating. Light bulbs out, one toilet seat was cracked. 6) Curtains were falling down throughout. We enjoyed because we were with family, however this ocean-view, Penthouse condo could use some updates/repairs. Bob ensured us this would be relayed to the owner. We did appreciate his team's responsiveness.
