Luxurious Oceanfront Retreat with Amazing Views!

We entered the condo and it was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Very clean and beautiful kitchen. For me, the view was the best part! Can’t beat that ocean view! The hosts were easy to reach and responded quickly with any questions I had. We loved it so much, we wanted to extend our stay another night! There is a lot of construction being done on the building, but it wasn’t so much that it impacted our stay in any way.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chris’ place! Very homey feel, close to the things we enjoyed. Felt safe and secure with having our motorcycle with us. This will be my go to from now on! Chris was very quick with his responses to my questions and concerns! Thank you so much for a great and enjoyable stay!!!

The house is located in a quiet area right in front of the ocean, making it a great place to spend time with family. Plus, shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants are just a five-minute drive away, which makes everything incredibly convenient.

Had a wonderful time. The condo was really clean. Got to see the sunrise because the condo is in walking distance to the beach. The kids loved it. I was actually able to relax on this trip.

Sherri’s place is awesome and the community and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchen is furnished with everything you need for cooking. The deck is such a plus, with the view of the pond and the ducks, as well as the private little beach. The community is very friendly and walkable, and the different options for pools were very fun for us to explore. Taking walks in the morning was amazing. It is very close to Bethany “downtown” and 6 min drive to the beach. You can also walk or take the tram. I had a great time with my kids and would definitely recommend and come back!

UNIQUE Bay Front Sanctuary Condo

This was our second time staying here. Great location, everything you need or want is within walking distance. Very nice view of the baby from the condo. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Bonnie made checking in very easy and clear.

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

Relaxing Bethany Beach Retreat, Pools, Dogs OK

Jeff was an amazing host and was always ready to answer any questions or help if there where any issues. Our crew enjoyed staying there for the last 3 months. House was very nice. Would highly recommend staying with Jeff. We will definitely come back if we are in the area in the future.

I took my son, daughter, and one of her friends for a couple day get away. The weather was cold and rainy, but we played games and watched movies in our sweats. We had a ball in your cozy house. I loved all the windows and the views of the beach and bay. The house was a close walk to the beach and short drive to places to eat and the boardwalk. Good amenities, well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Thank you!

Great place to stay to get away with family... Host is excellent great people, clear instructions. Jessica is helpful in every aspect of our vacation from restaurants to go to. places to go with kids everything.. highly recommend for everyone!!! This was a Very beautiful home. I would love to come back again. Mr Ernest was one of the best host I came across. He was very attentive and made everything so easy. The house is so spacious enough for my guests. They loved it. And Thank you again Mr Ernest for the recommendation for the restaurant Fagers Island in Ocean City, MD. The food was phenomenal and then we danced to the live band/then a DJ. It was my birthday and we had a blast. And the house was not too far from Ocean City. That’s were everything is. What stood out for me was the nice size kitchen and the bed rooms were decent size. I didn’t get a chance to use the pools or clubhouse but they looked very nice. I want to say . Thank you again for the use of your AirBnB. I truly had a great time.

We had a great time at Steve’s place. The location is amazing - it is walkable and so close to the beach and buzzing shops, while it is so quiet and peaceful indoors. It is clean and cozy, with extraordinary views. We had great breakfasts and enjoyed the beautiful sunset in the balcony. Steve provided detailed instructions proactively, which made the check-in and check-out very smooth. Great place for family vocation.

We had a great time with friends and family over the weekend at your house. it was perfectly sized and spacious. The added advantage of having access to the clubhouse was a perfect arrangement for kids. Sharing a very few things that we think can be improved upon - a. Given the winters are off peak time for this beach town and the fact that outdoor amenities are not usable such as Tennis, Basketball and Pickleball courts, the clubhouse rate is steep. b. Having to carry our own linens is not that big an issue but does add more luggage. at least towels should have been provided. c. None of the toilets had any toiletries. It was clarified before the trip that toiletries will be provided so we were caught off guard. d. The powder room which is the only toilet in the first floor, did not have Trash Can. Otherwise, it was a good outing. There was something to do for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed. Lynn was generous enough and allowed early check-in.

Home was perfect for a long weekend with kids. We loved the play room and the backyard. Home is in close proximity to Delaware and Maryland beaches. Everything was clean when we arrived. Hot water wasn’t working our first night, but it was a quick fix after finding the water heater and changing it from vacation mode to normal.

Newly Built Townhome Near OC Beaches & Attractions

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much! We were struck by the pristine kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and other shared spaces. A clean home goes a long way to making us feel comfortable which is a top priority. Grazyna’s home hit that ball out the park! Coming back to her home after a full day of OC activities was something we looked forward to. The neighborhood is peaceful but close enough to OC action that we could be there in just a matter of minutes. The pictures and description are spot on and Grazyna was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Grazyna’s home for an OC stay and look forward to staying there again.
