Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

OIB, “Gem of the Brunswick Islands” is the perfect place to relax, recreate & refresh. With its white sand, rolling waves and windswept marshes, OIB is 4.5 square miles of fabulous. The Odell Williamson Bridge connects the mainland to this piece of paradise. From there you'll see the island, the marsh savannahs below and the glistening ocean just over the horizon. Leave your worries and the hustle-bustle of the world behind - in just 0.3 miles, you'll be at the Parrot Suite, a Piece of Paradise.

Relax at our ocean front condo close to the best of Carolina Beach but far enough from the hustle to enjoy the quiet and amazing views! Walk south to enjoy shopping, restaurants, music and entertainment at our family friendly boardwalk. Or walk north to fish and grab a drink at the pier. Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. Come make memories at our beautiful CB.

2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bth oceanfront duplex with 3 pools and tennis courts! Bed and Bath linens included! Private driveway for Golf cart rental permitted. Sorry, strict no pet policy. Sat -Sat weekly rentals in summer season. PLEASE NOTE: All three pools are for our guests to use and are maintained thru the HOA and we do not have any control over exactly when they open (Usually April 1st ) or if any of them closes for any reason. No refunds will be given if any of the pools are closed temporarily.

Queen-size sleeper sofa in living room with topper. Set of bunk beds suitable for children in hall nook. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, bike rental, surf shop and museum! Bring own sheets and towels, or I will refer you to a rental service. I will provide starter kit of paper towels and TP.

My oceanfront unit is near the pier, beach shops, miniature golf, & the museum.You’ll love my place because the ocean view is amazing !There is a queen bedroom, bunk nook, queen sleeper sofa, a whirpool tub, & a washer/dryer in the unit.Unit faces the ocean and is located on the quiet end of the complex with a private deck & community pool.It is located at the center of island activities; you can walk to many shops.Bed linen/bath towels provided. Private beach access for guests.Pool open.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.

The second bedroom can also be closed off to become a “mini suite” with its own kitchenette, sitting area, and full bath.
