Absolutely enjoyed our stay. Much nicer than the pictures let on. King bed was a + and the walk to the beach was minutes away. Lots of chain and local eateries near by.

I loved my stay. it was exactly how it was advertised. I enjoyed the surroundings and local restaurants. There was a little construction being done around the area, however it didn't bother me. I will definitely book again.

Great stay, was clean and looked like the pictures. There was some construction going on on the entire street so was a little annoying getting through that but that is out of their control so not a big deal! Super close to the beach and Cova (coffee and brewery) which was amazing

This is where my husband and I stayed after his return from deployment. After 8 months of sleeping on ship he felt right at home. We had a wonderful experience and the host was very attentive.

Me and my friend stayed here for three days and it was perfect! It was nice, clean, and peaceful. They were so sweet and had waters for us and even had beach chairs we could use. I would stay here again!

Nice place and very convenient. Read the information for booking. The city is replacing the water lines so there is flooding on the street but nothing that should deter you from booking. There is plenty of parking to avoid the water.

Chesapeake Properties was such a wonderful host/manager. Quick responses, great recommendations, and extremely helpful. The house was spotless and comfortable. It was steps to the life center and few more to the beach. Just such an enjoyable stay. Thank you for all you did!!

We visit Cape Charles often and this is without a doubt the best house we’ve stayed in. The location was incredible, especially with kids. We were walking distance to everything which made it so convenient - the beach, all things on mason ave. including peach st books where you can get incredible coffee in the morning, a small convenience store, a gorgeous park and playground, tennis courts, so many things. Having a golf cart in cape Charles is so fun, but you really don’t need one if you’re staying here. The house itself was super clean and we loved the layout. The kitchen had everything we needed and our children loved sleeping on the pull out Murphy bed on the first floor. We spent most of our time on the front porch, I have to say which was so lovely. We will be booking this place again!

Beautiful home in Cape Charles with all of the amenities for a family of 12 with toddlers. Walkable to a private beach, and only a short car or bike ride to the town beach, playground and shops. The town of cape Charles is a must visit with local shops and some of the best ice cream around. This is literally the perfect location! The pool was sparkling clean, and a great place for family to gather when not at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and pool toys, no need to bring any on your trip. Spacious bedrooms, with comfortable beds, plenty of seating for all with two large dining tables, and a sectional in the family room. The Grill was nice to have although does struggle if there is even the slightest bit of wind. Another patio set on the front porch is highly suggested to take in the beautiful views!We loved our time here, and hope to be back soon.
