Oceano is unique - nestled between Pismo Beach, Grover Beach and Arroyo Grande, the neighborhood is classic central coast funk - old beach bungalows mixed with vintage homes. Firepit, BBQ, large fenced in yard, no shared spaces and walking distance to: a coffee shop, breakfast, burgers and seasonal farm stands. Oceano Dunes are less than 2 miles away & Pismo Beach about 3 miles away!

1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.

Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.
