We stayed here for one weekend and had a great stay. The house was clean, cozy, and in a great location for skiing at Beech Mountain!

The house was beautiful and clean. Brooke was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. She even ordered an electric griddle for us so we didn't have to bring one. One of the bedrooms listed had two twins instead of a king and the beds weren't the best. Additonally, there was only 1 shower (second bathroom had a tub) however we made do and still had a wonderful time :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. The beds are very cozy, and the location was fantastic! We loved being able to see the slopes from the back deck. We will definitely be booking this home again. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely amazing great host, beautiful view and relaxing environment

The perfect peaceful getaway! It was great to drive the 30 min to Nashville and then come back to the quiet house. Beautiful views from the deck, the most comfortable bed and cool music memorabilia all around! We can’t wait to come back!

This is our second year staying at Steve’s place at Beech Mountain, and it was just as great as the first time! Seeing the sunset off the balcony was gorgeous and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook meals after a long day of skiing. We also appreciated the little touches like flashlights and Hot Hands for late night walks.

The game room & movie theatre were a hit with the whole family and the fireside smores each night made the trip even more memorable.

Great stay. We stayed at this location for a week and took a small vacation where we worked a couple of days but played a couple of days. The internet is great and if you need to work, I would recommend this location. Beautiful scenery and close to Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk via scenic roads. Fred's Mercantile has a lot of necessaries, if you forget something. The home itself was immaculate and homey. It was just the right amount of decor and not overly crowded. Also a great location to see wildlife.

We snuck away to David's bnb for a quick family get away. The home was so peaceful with beautiful views and plenty of space for us and our children. Close enough to stores and restaurants to not feel totally isolated but far enough away that you hear no noise and feel secluded. We will definitely be back - especially during slope season! :)

We had an amazing time I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more , it as just the size we needed to house our son’s wedding party (5 groomsmen plus my family,it was nice having everyone together it was a wonderful stay

We were in town for our son’s wedding in Newport and needed a home base for family. The place was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Because of the busyness of the weekend we didn’t get to spend too much time relaxing but it was easy to see what a peaceful, relaxing getaway it could be. Everyone made time to check out the treehouse which was fun. We will absolutely rent again next time we come to town to visit the newlyweds.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The hosts were absolutely incredible—kind, generous, and beyond thoughtful. Their home was brand new and beautifully designed, with top-quality furniture, linens, towels—every detail was immaculate and so well curated. I even had to compliment them on the high-end blankets and towels, which you rarely see in Airbnbs. What truly stood out, though, was their hospitality. They generously invited us to their second home, which is located right on top of the mountain near the ski slopes. While we were there, they even texted us to let us know where to find sleds and gear for the kids to enjoy the snow. It meant so much to us. To top it off, one of our children accidentally got marker on the carpet. We tried everything to clean it, and when it didn’t come out, we messaged them to offer to pay for the damage. They kindly told us not to worry at all. That kind of understanding and grace is rare and so appreciated. Unforgettablestay

We had a wonderful stay! Jill was an amazing host, and communication with her was very easy. The house was spotless and beautifully designed. The location is private and peaceful, with stunning views. My kids spent hours fishing off the dock and caught plenty of fish (which they released back). One thing to note: the stairs was a bit challenging for my three years old, so keep that in mind if you’re coming with young kids or elderly guests. Despite that it was perfect! We would love to come back! 😊

Wonderful place for relaxation and time with family. The hot tub and sauna made it feel like a spa. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Very comfortable home with areas to relax and watch the view. Nicely decorated. Beautiful view of the sunset from the dock. Lots of things to do in the basement to keep everyone entertained. Spacious kitchen for cooking meals.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with incedible view over the holiday week. The beds were comfy, kitchen was big with everything we needed, hot tub, massage chair and firepit were relaxing. Thank you for your hospitality!

Second time I’ve stayed here with my bass fishing group and we love it.

This cabin was very spacious. Perfect for groups, we had our family of 5 there and only used two of the 5 bedrooms. The area is beautiful and there was plenty to do outside including the hot tub, swings, grill, and walking trail. I would definitely recommend this chalet.

We decided to stay at the lake house for our daughters Spring Break. Unfortunately it was bad timing due to all the ongoing storms throughout the week. Luckily this house has plenty of games and lots to do Inside. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning again very soon.

Teri’s house was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and private. The house had everything we needed for a memorable family Thanksgiving. Teri was extremely responsive and helpful and was, all in all, a terrific host.
