It’s a good place to stay The only draw back is the construction noise at 7 am 2 doors down

All aspects of our stay were exceptional and above expectations. Fantastic views. Spacious and well appointed patios.Comfortable, impeccable inside space. Dessie is a very charming and informative host.

The accommodation is in a wonderful neighbourhood, the interior matches the photos, and the villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive to all questions. I’ll return to this place on my next trip.

Beautiful spot for a short break. Cynthia anticipates needs and makes everything perfect. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living/dining: every space had just what was needed. We'd have enjoyed the exterior spaces even more, if the weather had cooperated. Tennis court and pool on site, hiking nearby. Excellent value for the price.

To find a home with four bedrooms, three full baths, two living areas and a gorgeous backyard at this price was beyond our expectations for myself and my four adult siblings. We had the perfect space for our quick reunion!

Super cool house only thing is there was zero connection to Internet or Wi-Fi working from my computer and phone was nonexistent and there was no barbecue like posted on the pictures. Other than that it was great and great hosts.

We absolutely loved staying here! Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

Beautiful home , with beautiful views . Hot tub is huge and feels amazing . We saw that the owners are creating a gazebo add on room outside , it wasn’t finished during our stay but looks like it’s gonna be so nice . Wonderful place

PERFECT 10!!! Best home, best view, best host, best everything! We love to travel and we only stay Airbnb so when I say this was the best ever, I mean it! The house is amazing enough on it's own (and trust me the pictures don't even do it justice) but Megha is like the superhero of hosts seriously I wish she could host all of the Airbnb's (no offense to the others but she rocks!). We booked late for Christmas because our house is under repair and needed to stay somewhere relaxing with my mom too (who flew in for the holidays). We were already stressed and expecting the worst but seriously, Megha took all the stress out and made checking in a breeze and even had a beautiful Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived (Super late Christmas Eve BTW) and we felt like we were home! This was probably the best Christmas we ever had! Thank you so much Megha we love you!

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

Being there in Venice canals is just a dream experience

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely amazing - we felt right at home - my family enjoyed the grounds - we spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard . Very comfy inside too! Dream kitchen we made fabulous meals there. The house was immaculate Patty was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating and helpful. She was very easy to reach if needed And left clear instructions. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there !!

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

Amelie and Romain’s place was fantastic! It’s the second year the East coasters have migrated west to get the family together for the holidays, and this place was perfect. Gorgeous home, clean, well appointed, everything we needed. Merci, Amelie et Romain !

The place was incredible, everything from start to finish was perfect, the space was clean, and felt luxurious inside, the outside space was gorgeous and such a lovely addition, the amenities in the property were plentiful and really useful! The surrounding neighbourhood was also really safe and quiet too! Zoli was super responsive and such a welcoming host on hand to answer questions before our visit and during. This place is 5 star! Would strongly recommend booking this place for a stay!

Bobby is GREAT! he was responsive at all times and understanding. The location was perfect, His home is beautiful and it accommodated my entire family. We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

We have stayed at Terranea many times and Beth’s view is the best of any Casita we’ve stayed-in. Unobstructed ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. Close to the walking trail, pool, spa, and restaurants. Check-in through the app and front desk were nice and easy. Daily housekeeping was wonderful as well. Thank you, Beth. We will be back!
