Brand New Beach Home Great for Entertaining!

Impeccable, custom ocean front home located in Hollywood Beach. This stunningly beautiful house on the sand was just finished in December of 2018. It has an Elevator, four 70' inch smart tv's throughout the house and all the latest technology to go with it! The location is the best on the beach with the master bedroom sitting high on the 3rd floor with unobstructed and panoramic sunset views! Everything in the house is custom including the art! If you want Luxury look no further, This is it!!!

Enjoy old Ojai in a spacious, bright, well-appointed ranch home with 2 acres to explore in the East End of the Ojai Valley with a thriving and fragrant citrus & avocado orchard with wraparound views of the valley, Topa Topas & pink moments. The 3rd and lower acre is separate from the house and scope of the rental and is home to my orchard and nursery run by farmer and permaculture hero Mark.
