Century old Historic Adobe home with all modern conveniences and lots of southwest charm. Conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Historic Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs. Easy keypad access. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood 75 yards off the main highway, unobstructed by any traffic noise. Fully furnished and ready for your relaxation. 2 bedrooms upstairs that sleep up to 4 guests. Bathroom is downstairs. Full kitchen with all cookware and place setting. No pets. No indoor smoking.

Like all Earthships this house is built from natural and repurposed materials such as used automobile tires, cardboard, old cans and bottles. All electricity for the house is from solar. This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Perfect for a family vacation or for wondering souls hoping to find a place to decompress from life. *Ojo caliente spa IS accepting walk in’s for soaking and I was told it’s rarely at capacity so if you are hoping to soak it’s almost assured to happen :)
