We loved the location and the kids loved the pool.

We loved this location and drive in. It's a beautiful property and it's fun to have the option of pool/hot tub. Bed was comfy. Space has everything we needed (except coffee filters). Would stay again!

place was great nice and comfortable. beautiful inside and out. private being the last unit overlooking the oarklike grounds and super convenient to the hot tub.

Great winter getaway with our dog! Amazing location to see the stars at night and then wake up to dog friendly cross country skiing around Winthrop with beautiful scenery. Loved the resort’s warming hut and easy access to trails.

This is a great place to get away! It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! It was an enjoyable trip and my dogs loved the river and land!

Just as advertised, a cute little place that is great for a couple wanting to explore the area. Only downside is it is one room in a four-plex. If your neighbors are up before you or stay up later than you, you’ll hear it. But we love the location, the ease of getting to it, the hot tub and it is perfect for a weekend getaway.

This little cabin is super cute and cozy! The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of extra towels in the bathroom. The balcony looks out onto a lush green lawn with majestic trees. It’s truly a beautiful place. And you’re only a short walk to the river! The one minor letdown was the hot tub - it’s a little run down, you can’t turn on the jets and the water is lukewarm :/

The covered deck had a beautiful woodsy view and the place was clean and cozy. The beds were really comfortable, the grill was clean and ready to use with plenty of gas ready, kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper, coffee filters) were provided, and checkin/checkout was clear and easy. We loved our stay.

Absolute heaven! Cute rustic cabins with a gorgeous view. A wonderful peaceful retreat!

Went for Nordic skiing in Feb. The house was easily accessible right off main road. Short drive to many ski areas. Walked the neighborhood the morning before our drive home and the snow blowers were busy making sure access was available. Jeremy's house is warm and comfy. We liked having separate thermostats for living and bedroom(s) as we like it cooler for sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked with the basic cooking, dining necessities. Loved just having a land line. Unplugged as advertised, sweet!

We did about 6 puzzles and were so cozy doing it. The house provided just what we wanted for a relaxing girls trip.

Joyce's home is beautiful. The living area is large and open with lots of space to spread out and enjoy your time together. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for 2 to 4 people to work in it at the same time. During the winter months, life on the lake is calm and peaceful. Perfect!!

Was a beautiful place owned by incredibly kind people. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we could!! ❤️

This is a great, private spot next to the river and less than 10 minutes from downtown Winthrop. It was also a great base for hiking in the national park. We didn't contact the hosts once, as we had everything we needed. As the one who cooks, I was super pleased with how stocked it was with utensils and pans (and for once I didn't have to cook on chipped-away Teflon). We didn't bring our dog, but for a place that allows dogs, it was squeaky clean. We didn't find one dog hair!

Would stay here again, though would book through their own site next time. it was really big with a fully fenced back yard for our medium sized dog (may be some gaps for little dogs).I loved all the sitting areas and lots of space to work while my family skiied.

A bit dated but very spacious and cosy place in Winthrop with everything you need for a cross-country skiing winter break. Large and convenient driveway and garage for 2 cars (which was very useful when it started to snow). Nice views on Methow river from the backyard. Town centre with stores, ice rink and skiing trails 3-5 mins drive away. Definitely will consider going back during winter or summer.

Great cabin, nicely appointed and within walking distance access to cross country skiing trails. In the winter, the driveway is very icy so it's important to take that into consideration when planning a trip.

Our stay at the cabin exceeded all the expectations: the place was beautiful, cozy and very clean and had everything that we needed (great kitchen, spacious rooms and beautiful property). We had lots of fun cooking in the kitchen and playing with the kiddos in the yard. We come to Mazama yearly in May for a Sun Mountain race and to hang out with friends, and we will definitely consider booking this property for next year.

This is the second time we have stayed in the cabin, this time during the winter months. We again had a great stay and really liked the convenience with the XC ski trails being so close and the kids enjoyed playing in the snow and the playground. Highly recommend.

The Happy Cabin was great! We loved the ski in/ski out location right along the MCT trail, and had everything we needed in the fully stocked kitchen.
