There isn’t a better location to provide you with ALL things Okoboji within walking distance. One bedroom on main floor with twin over full bunk bed and large upstairs open bedroom with one queen, 2 full beds and a couch. Located one block south of Broadway and within walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment that Okoboji has to offer!

Newer single level, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house at the Bridges Bay Resort in Arnolds Park, Iowa. Bright, comfortable furnished space that is the perfect Okoboji vacation hub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

The location cannot be beat! Walking distance to public beaches, bike/walking trails, playgrounds, and quiet streets for a relaxing family vacation! You’ll enjoy being away from the hustle and bustle where you can have a more enjoyable stay at an economical price, and then you’ll have plenty of extra money to go out for amusements/entertainment and food/drinks!. The house is located 1/2 a block from Big Spirit Lake, but within walking distance to East Lake. Hunters/Fishers Welcome!

Includes 6 free Water Park Passes. Also, Multiple Cabin Owner/Manager. We have another next door. Great for Large Groups who only want to deal with one host. All of our places are very well stocked like a home away from home. Boat Hoist or Golf Cart rentable for extra fee.

Enjoy a weekend away in this retro Spirit Lake/Okoboji home. Great for bachelor/bachelorette or birthday parties; would also be great for large groups or families. Lots of space, indoor and out. Less than 3 minutes from East Lake boat ramp and just 2 miles away from the legendary Barefoot Bar. Kid friendly, pack & play and highchair are available upon request, bibs and sippy cups available in kitchen. Walking distance/short drive from multiple parks.

The Maple House is a spacious home with a large kitchen, dining room and living room. The laundry room is conveniently located in the front entry. A patio door in the living room leads to a large deck with patio furniture. Upstairs has a large open bedroom with three beds and a walk in closet.
