The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.

The Rustic Guesthouse has a private entry & spacious studio style guest house. Full kitchen w/ bar for dining or a desk area. Private bathroom with a shower. Bedroom area offers a comfy queen bed. Cozy living w/ another queen bed & smart TV ready for streaming services (no cable service) We're on 4.5+ acres about 8 minutes to MTSU, 15 minutes to St. Thomas & a couple farms away from Hop Springs Beer Park. We are in the country & only 5 miles to Walmart & restaurants. I24 is about 9 miles.

Great Second Floor 2Bd Apartment with EV charger.

Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.
