The apartment was renovated in 2024, equiped with a modern ventilatilation system, new furniture and appliances. It is close to metro C line, 3 mins away from bus and tram stops. It takes 10 mins to San Giovanni, total less than 20 mins to city center. Night buses work everyday. The apartment is perfect for those who want to feel real Italian life style. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood where there is everything you need, close to caffeterias, pubs, restaurants, shops, markets etc.

Bring the whole family to this great 3 spacious floors villa with lots of room for fun. The entire space is very cool and it’s just 150m from the beach and restaurants. The house can accommodate 13 + 2 people (consider the sofa bed in the living room) There are private beaches with bars and restaurants and a very large public beach.
