The apartment was renovated in 2024, equiped with a modern ventilatilation system, new furniture and appliances. It is close to metro C line, 3 mins away from bus and tram stops. It takes 10 mins to San Giovanni, total less than 20 mins to city center. Night buses work everyday. The apartment is perfect for those who want to feel real Italian life style. It is located in a lovely neighbourhood where there is everything you need, close to caffeterias, pubs, restaurants, shops, markets etc.

Casa di Ale - Cozy House

Detached house in the heart of the Certosa / Pigneto district just a few minutes from center town by tram. The neighborhood is a small village, within the city, close to the nightlife of Pigneto. Casa sulla spiaggia

Vista mare, spiaggia a un passo (veramente!), tramonti unici. Questa casa era esattamente come l’ho sempre sognata! Casa con giardino e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Un posto auto, due camere da letto, una veranda vista mare, due balconi (di cui uno vista mare), sala da pranzo con cucina, due camere da letto e due bagni. A 10 minuti di distanza si trova l’aereoporto internazionale di Fiumicino.
