Ad uso dei due appartamenti che compongono la proprietà, al piano inferiore, si trovano un'ampio porticato e terrazza attrezzati. Al di là della strada litoranea, disponiamo di un solarium privato e attrezzato con accesso diretto al lago. Parcheggio gratuito.
