Luminoso bilocale sito al 3° piano con piccolo ascensore vista Lago e Montagna a pochi passi dal centro paese composto da:ampia sala(divano [no letto],tv, wii-fii),cucina accessoriata(macchina caffè italiana,bollitore,tostapane,piano cottura,microonde,frigorifero),camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso al balcone.Bagno con finestra,lavabo,wc,bidet,doccia e lavatrice. Si dispone di un posto auto riservato, a richiesta vi è la possibilità di avere uno spazio chiuso e coperto per biciclette.

Charming and luxury location, 3 km from Bellagio centre, where you can have a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The house has a big private garden with direct access to the beach, 2 bedrooms with big double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 bathrooms. Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari.
