Very comfortable stay in this modern luxurious chalet! Jason was very responsive in his communications with us and also when we needed help! Great place to stay in Hakuba!

Having stayed at modern, sleek places in Hakuba during Ski season, this was an amazing find for the calm of green season. The place is huge and yet feels like a home. The huge onsen was a definitive upgrade on places we have stayed at before. Its location, at the top of Echoland, a trendy bustling street with bars and restaurants is far away enough to be an oasis of calm and close enough to walk out at night to have a night out. The kitchen, has a large oven and is equipped like your home kitchen. If, as we found, you struggle to get reservations in the restaurants nearby, then cooking a full meal at the lodge requires little planning. If the weather was to turn, especially in Ski season, then the size and comfort of Jumoku lodge means that staying indoors needn't mean being on top of one another and on edge. The place was immaculate and has been decorated by people who know how to make people feel that they are at home. The service and response from Maki was immediate and polite.

We had the most amazing time In Hakuba Bergamot chalet was clean , new , modern and spacious . The onsen was such a highlight at the end of an epic day skiing. The free shuttle around the corner was on time and you could get to most hills without too much trouble. White fox co went above and beyond organising our taxi transport for us for our dinners out, picked up and delivered our luggage from the transport companies. We had an amazing stay

Alex and Rie are kind and considerate hosts and Thunderbird Cottage is a great base for skiing around Hakuba with a family / group. The car with ski rack is a big advantage for getting around to ski resorts and restaurants / shops. The cottage and car together are good value if you are looking for a peaceful environment that’s close to everything you need. Alex and Rie provided very helpful info that assisted our plans in and around Hakuba.

Koichiro was a great host and very accommodating. The house was lovely and very comfortable for 2 couples. Location was great and only a short walk from all the shops in echoland. Had a few resort shuttle buses nearby to choose from. We had a wonderful time and will sure be back again.

Wir kamen an einem regnerischen, kalten Abend bei der Unterkunft an. Es stehen diverse Heizkörper zur Verfügung, welche das Haus schnell wärmen und angenehm machen. In der grossen Badewanne kann man sich wunderbar von einer anstrengenden Wanderung oder vom kalten Regenwetter erholen und entspannen. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte zu Gast, haben unseren Aufenthalt jedoch sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber.
