Vakantiewoningen aan het strand in Ometepe

Nous venons de séjourner 9 nuits à Glorianna. Cet endroit a été un réel coup de cœur pour toute la famille (un couple et deux enfants de 3 et 8 ans). Juan Carlos, Guissell et tous le personnel ont été au petit soin pour nous tout en respectant notre intimité. Le lieu est idyllique pour créer de beaux souvenirs et le service de taxi répondait en tout point à nos attentes. Cet endroit est parfait pour séjourner durant la course Fuego Y Agua (ligne de départ/arrivée/dropbag/dossard/remise des récompenses à 200 m sur la plage).

Very helpful and pleasant staff, delightful setting, very good food at good prices. Facilities are a bit basic but this is clear from the description. The two more modern rooms with en suite look like the best option - there are two basic private rooms, plus rather cramped dorms (which received no complaints). There is a nice restaurant area and a nice relaxation area with views of the lake (and sunsets). The excellent Santa Cruz-San Fernando beach is about 4km away, and buses can take you (slowly) further afield. The walk up to the nearby waterfal is hard yacka in the heat - much better to drive a hired scooter up the first 2km of trail. Overall, great value for money and a nice place to relax with the two delightful inhouse dogs and nice family ambience.

es war sehr schön. die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wasser und ist dadurch einfach traumhaft. Fenando war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. er hat uns sogar am Abreisetag ein Taxi gerufen.

As indicated in the description, Spike's place is more remote than other places and was a bit of a haul on the moto but it was worth it. The room was very comfortable, clean, with a great breeze at night. The only noise at night was the lapping of the waves of the lake and howler monkeys and roosters in the morning. It was not far to San Ramon to hike to the waterfall and the lakeside there was also nice for swimming. But the best part were Orli and Carla who were amazing hosts (Spike was away) and made great meals even given my daughter's dietary restrictions. They were very helpful for anything we needed and super friendly. We loved our relaxing week there.

Authentisch und wunderschön!! Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei der ganzen Familie. Sehr gerne wären wir länger geblieben. Unsere Empfehlung, bleibt mindestens eine oder zwei Wochen. Es ist wunderschön in der Natur und auf dem Hof anzukommen. Ohrenstöpsel für die Nächte nicht vergessen, die nachtaktiven Tier und der Hahn gehören dazu:)

Este maravilloso lugar tiene una vibra tan mística y armoniosa qué realmente nos enamoró, la privacidad tranquilidad, rodearse de tanta naturaleza, el sonido melodioso y la cereza del pastel tener al lago y vista al imprecionante volcán a tan solo unos pasos desde la puerta de nuestro hospedaje era mágico, además tenían un filtro para el agua que nos fue de mucha ayuda y por otro lado poder hacer uso del kayak, gracias a eso nos pegamos un buen tour por el lago y los canales y seguir contemplando el lado de día y de noche fue algo top para nuestro viaje. Sin duda nos veremos pronto. Gracias por compartir este lugar 🙏🏼

Das war unsere schönster Unterkunft bisher. Wir sind richtig zur Ruhe gekommen und haben uns gefühlt wie zuhause. Das Essen ist grandios und deo Familie sehr herzlich. Kommt unbedingt vorbei und bleibt gleich länger.

We felt warmly welcomed by Linda from the very first minute and thoroughly enjoyed every moment in her beautiful little house. Our expectations of the accommodation were more than fulfilled. We can therefore only agree with the positive reviews and warmly recommend Linda's little paradise. Thank you so much for all, Linda!

Die Unterkuft war sehr schön gelegen. Es gab einen privaten Zugang zum See, welcher einladend war zu schwimmen. Die Terrasse war auch sehr nice! Die Gastgeber haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Grundstück direkt am See ist wirklich ein traumhafter Ort und die Privatsphäre die man dort hat, hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung sind sehr geschmackvoll und durchdacht. Natürlich waren wir darauf vorbereitet dass sich Insekten und andere Lebewesen bei einem Ort mitten in der Natur nicht vermeiden lassen. Wir hätten uns trotzdem gewünscht dass das Haus noch ein bisschen besser dagegen abgeschirmt wäre, denn es gab wirklich viele Besucher. Die Toilette war bei unserer Ankunft leider unhygienisch, ich denke aber das lag daran dass die letzte Reinigung nicht unmittelbar vor unserer Ankunft war.

The location is a DREAM! I couldn't believe the views we had - and swimming with our private beach was incredible. We couldn't wait to wake up to head to the deck in the morning, and the sunset swims were another highlight. This location is everything and it's a really. nice casita and kitchen. It is like going glamping, there is no AC or hot water. (It does get hot so quick showers were easy). The ceiling fan is strong, if you're able to sleep with that right above your head. The hosts are so nice and really care about your experience on the island and have the best tips. One of the best life experiences!

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Un superbe endroit, un lieu paradisiaque, les pieds dans l’eau face au volcan Concepcion et au pied du volcan Maderas. La propriété a sa plage privée et le hamac pour se relaxer. Birge et Frederico sont très sympathiques et vous donneront de bonnes informations pour trouver un guide (nous recommandons Josias et Daniela) pour aller aux volcans ou trouver les bons endroits pour manger. Fue una maravillosa experiencia, la casa está mucho más linda en persona de lo que las fotos muestran, limpia y completa en su totalidad. Su cercanía y privacidad en la playa es lo más genial. Volvería muchas veces más!

We had the best time at Casa Almendra! We comfortably had 5 people in the house and 2 in the casita. The house is very beautiful and well cared for. There was a daily housekeeper and security out front leaving us no worries. The house is located right along the popular "Colorado's" surf spot where we happily watched the surfers all throughout the day. We were just a few short steps from the ocean and very near the beach club where we had many delicious meals! The bedrooms were all super cozy and the top-floor bedroom allows you to hear the waves crashing throughout the night. The only downside of that bedroom is how bright it was very early in the morning (5 am). So if you like a darker bedroom, bring a sleep mask! I loved this house so much and would definitely stay there again and again.

It’s difficult to put how absolutely magical this retreat was for my bachelor party but I’ll do my best below. Aga was the most responsive, communicative and gracious host. Her property has absolutely everything you would need for a true, relaxing getaway. I traveled down with 4 friends for a bachelor party week and am so happy that I did. From the stunning views of Panga Drops LITERALLY right out front the back slider, to the beautiful pool, spacious home, to lounge areas everywhere, the list goes on and on. This property is immaculate and will do the trick if you’re looking to unplug and relax. If working is your thing, the WiFi worked super well but dare you to paddle out and let the ambiance of the beautiful place to truly take over. I will be back and 100% recommend staying at Casa Panga Drops to everyone! There aren’t enough good things I can say about this place. Will be missing it deeply until my return.

Unbelievable location. Right on the beach in front of an amazing break. House is open and beautiful. Perfect indoor outdoor living. Just absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing week and fell in love with the community there. It’s a very special place and James is an excellent host- very responsive. We hope to be back!

We had a great stay at la Bahia! Spacious home with nice pool only a few steps from the beach and town of San Juan del Sur. Special mentions to Veronica and Feliciano for always being available for our questions and needs. Be careful with the electricity usage. We had to pay a fee for exceeding the electricity allowance. We would come back anytime!

We loved our stay at El Remanzo. The location is incredible, wonderful views, and the house is super comfortable. We were a big group with multiple children, but felt totally comfortable and safe in the area with our kids. Would absolutely come back here again!

Home is absolutely beautiful. Surfing was awesome and so convenient. Great options for restaurants with great food. Over the top customer service! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Some tips: Bring cash to avoid credit card fees. Rent a car if you are planning to do sightseeing outside property otherwise renting a golf cart works great. Watch for fisherman on beach selling lobster, etc to cook up for dinner in the beautiful kitchen. Fly into Nicaragua vs Liberia, (if relevant), you’ll save a lot of time and headache crossing the border. Schedule fishing expedition through your host, they have great connections and we came home with lots of fresh fish for dinner. Buy groceries on the way, onsite grocery store is limited and more expensive. Take advantage of market on certain days of the week for fresh fruit and vegetables. Make sure you get everything you need, this property doesn’t stock the basics (eg salt, pepper,etc)
