The Cocomat high quality bed and pillows will offer you tranquil and peaceful sleep. The skylight with the electric opening allows the warm gentle light of the Attican sky in the house. The most important features of this apartment, are the amazing sea view, where you can see the open wide sea, and its quiet location. It is fully airconditioned, has fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and living room. TV/DVD available, hot water 24h/day. Besides those, it is easily accessible, since it is 40min travel with 'flying dolphin' and 1 hour with the ferry. Near the apartment there is a bus stop that goes to the town of Aigina. Within 5 minutes by feet you have access to supermarkets, restaurants, small shops and in 1km is the village Souvala where there are other restaurants and touristic areas. Νικολάου. Μόλις 1 χλμ. μακριά βρίσκεται η περίφημη παραλία Αλυκές που αγαπούν ιδιαίτερα οι surfers. Είναι μία πλήρως οργανωμένη παραλία ιδανική για παιδιά, με ξαπλώστρες, ομπρέλες, beach bars. Υπάρχουν εταιρείες ενοικίασης σκαφών για μικρά ταξίδια και εκδρομές καθώς και σχολές κατάδυσης και snorkeling!

Marathon Cottage - Walk to the beach! ! !

This two bedroom cottage has all amenities and is located on a quiet street 30 minutes from Athens Airport and a 500 metre walk from the beach with crystal clear waters. The property has organically grown citrus trees you can pick fresh fruit from when in season and an herb garden. Beach down the street is very clean and lined with restaurants and snack bars. You can grab a towel and go lay in the sun or rent beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to restaurants and shops in Nea Makri.

Oikia Ouranou is a stonehouse located in Livadi in Aegina. Built in the 1960s, it has housed special moments and summer memories of three generations of the Ouranou Family. The house comprises of 2 separate apartments (ground floor, 1st floor), a spacious “veranda” on the garden for large gatherings, and a beautiful garden that has welcomed many children summer games. The beach is a 5min walk, the area offers many walking roots, and the port of Aegina is 5min drive or 20min walk.

A 70sqm house with a bed room, livingroom with fire place, kitchen and w.c with shower. It is located in a cottage of 4.300 sq meters full of olive trees. It is propter for a couple and 3 children or 3 persons and 1 child, or 4 adults. Iti is a relaxing place. In the village and the places around, anyone can ride bicycle and enjoy walking. You can reach the Monastery of Agios Nektarios walking in about 30 minutes.
