We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, bbq and patio set for outdoor eating. The house is equipped with wifi, 2 AC units (upstairs & down) and space heaters. The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

A relaxing studio a comfy full size bed we offer a twin cummfy air mattress to place in entrance area snug but cummfy fitting. a/c , heat, full bathroom with shower. Hot water is on a insta pot , not meant for long showers. microwave small fridge, hot plate, skillet coffee pot and nature's alarm rooster will crow:) kittens. not allowed in home cats are our mousers. as well as guests greeters. PLEASE add your pet if bringing one so fee will be added.

It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
